Based on pre-research in class IV SDN Tambangan 01 found a lack of innovation. So it was been an impact on the low learning outcomes. Submission of material by the teacher still seems dominant. So a researcher wants to develop a media booklet. This study aims to develop a media booklet, studies the feasibility and effectiveness of the media booklet on the material express personal poetry in class IV SDN Tambangan 01 Semarang City. The method wich had been used in this research was a Sugiyono Research and Development (R&D) which consists of (1) potential and problem stages, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) design revision, (6) product trials, (7) product revisions, (8) trials usage. The subjects of this stdy were several students in class IV SDN Tambangan 01 Semarang. Data collecting techniques were using observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires, and tests. Data analyzing techniques were using product feasibility, initial and final data analysis (t test and N-Gain test). The result of the booklet feasibility test that from media experts obtained the percentage of 93.45% and the assessment of material experts obtained the percentage 91.6%. The booklet media effectiveness used in accordance with the result of the t test showed t arithmetic> t table (11,367> 1,697), then Ho was rejected and the pretest and posttest gain a result which was 0,552 with a criteria that support the effectiveness booklet media . The result of the questionnaire responses of teachers and students showed a very positive answer that make booklet media was more effective in its users.
The principal as an educational leader in school institutions has an important role in advancing the educational institutions he leads. The success or failure of educational institutions is strongly influenced by the ability of the principal as a leader to be able to carry out his duties, one of which is helping teachers in improving their performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of transformational leadership on teacher performance. This study uses a literature review. The result of this discussion is the role of transformational leadership causes a teacher to work more enthusiastically and focused, so that the teaching and learning process becomes transformative for every teacher.
This study aims to determine the factors that influence compliance in land and building tax payments in the District Sleman.Variabel dependent adherence in this study were paying taxes. The independent variables in this study include knowledge of taxation, education, administrative sanctions. This study used a questionnaire for data collection. Sample research study is registered taxpayers in Revenue Kabupten Sleman.
Analysis of research data using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variable tax knowledge and administrative penalties positive significant effect on adherence Land And Building Tax payments while the education variable does not affect the compliance of land and
building tax payments.

Komunikasi persuasif dilakukan PG Tasikmadu untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi karena dampak lesunya industri gula di Indonesia. Melihat kondisi tersebut, PG Tasikmadu perlu membangun kepercayaan petani tebu di wilayah Karanganyar dengan Pola komunikasi persuasif melalui proses persuasi secara rasional dan emosional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan observasi dan wawancara secara mendalam kepada narasumber. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pola komunikasi persuasif dilakukan PG Tasikmadu melalui proses persuasi secara rasional program kemitraan. Sedangkan, proses persuasi secara emosional dilakukan melalui pendekatan intens dengan petani tebu di wilayah Karanganyar dan hambatan yang terjadi adalah hambatan kepentingan yaitu terdapat perbedaan kepentingan petani yang bersifat transaksional dengan PG Tasikmadu.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh media puzzle terhadap berpikir kritis peserta didik. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VII di SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Bandar Lampung berjumlah 192 orang. Sampel penelitian adalah peserta didik dari 2 kelas yaitu kelas VII A dan VII B yang dipilih dari populasi dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar pretes-postes. Desain yang digunakan yaitu nonequivalent control group design. Analisis data yang digunakan Uji t- test pada taraf signifikansi 5% yang menunjukkan hasil nilai sig. (2-tailed) 0,00 < 0,05 yang berarti n-Gain rata-rata hasil belajar kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol berbeda signifikan. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh penggunaan media puzzle, karena peserta didik dilatih untuk berpikir kritis melalui media puzzle saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Dengan demikian, diketahui bahwa menggunakan media puzzle dapat berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik.
