Questionnaires are among the tools most commonly used by human factors and ergonomics professionals. There are many commercially available tools that can assist HF professionals in the production of questionnaires and collection of data. Four commercially available tools for the construction of Internet-based questionnaires were selected and evaluated for their use in human factors. This product review compares relevant features and provides recommendations on the value and usefulness of these tools.
