The study object: the chemical engineering system for production of benzene and optimization of the system operation modes based on modeling. An approach to the effective solution of problems of optimization of operating modes of real chemical engineering systems was proposed. Since such systems are usually multicriterial and characterized by the fuzziness of initial information, an approach to the development of their models and optimization of their operating modes in a fuzzy environment was proposed. The essence of this approach lies in the construction of mathematical models and optimization of system operation modes based on the system analysis methodology using available information of deterministic, statistical, and fuzzy nature. Statements of the problems of optimization by means of chemical engineering systems in a fuzzy environment have been obtained by modifying various principles of optimality for working in a fuzzy environment. Based on a modification of the principles of maximin and Pareto optimality, a heuristic algorithm for solving the formulated optimization problem was proposed based on the use of knowledge and experience of decision-makers. The proposed method of model construction and an optimization algorithm were implemented in practice when constructing models of benzene and rectification columns of a chemical engineering system of production of benzene when formulating and solving the problem of optimizing their operation modes in a fuzzy environment. Analysis and comparison of optimization results allow us to conclude about the effectiveness of the proposed fuzzy approach to solving optimization problems in a fuzzy environment. As a result of optimization of the benzene production process, the benzene yield increased by 1.45 thousand t or by 1.1 %, the raffinate output volume increased by 0.4 thousand t in conditions of upholding constraints on benzene quality. The proposed approach makes it possible to assess the degree of upholding of fuzzy constraints
In the paper, we apply the vanishing viscosity method for an approximate solution to the Riemann problem. This approach gives the effects of the accuracy of the solution and the speed of convergence by discrediting time and spatial variables. The obtained method ensures the smoothness of the solution without taking into account the capillary pressure. The results confirm the negligible influence of cross-link conditions compared to the classical Darcy approach. The proposed solutions of the new approach are intended to improve the methods and schemes of discretization both in space and in time. This is achieved by minimizing viscosity, and discretization in space and time. These factors are of paramount importance for studying phenomena with variable saturation in the transient mode and analyzing water/oil flows and migrations in real time, since discretization in space and time affects the accuracy and convergence of calculations. Our result in the form of obtaining viscous solutions of the filtration process is interesting from a theoretical point of view. From a practical point of view, numerical modeling allows early prediction of performance. Thus, the applied aspect of using the obtained scientific result is the possibility of improving the process by taking into account the influence of phases of fluid flows
The issues of diagnostics of the technological objects operation of the main oil pipeline and control of their operation modes using automated systems are investigated. The systems and methods for diagnostics and determination of oil leakage from main oil pipelines are studied. A method for remote detection of oil leakage from main oil pipelines is described. SCADA systems that allow monitoring changes in all pumping technological parameters in real mode are described. The mathematical formulation of the problem of controlling the operating modes of technological objects of the main oil pipeline in the conditions of indistinctness of some part of the initial information is formalized and obtained. Based on the modification of the idea of the principle of the main criterion, a heuristic method for the effective solution of the obtained fuzzy problem has been developed.
