As an essential part of urban public space, the basic framework of urban pattern, and the human landscape of the city and street space is of great significance to urban development. From the perspective of urban living safety, the demand for urban space for health has been considered in depth again. Therefore, with emerging new issues in the post-urbanization period such as the development of public health and slow traffic transportation, street space becomes disordered, and the health of street space has drawn great attention. This paper takes the old urban area of Daoli District of Harbin City as an example. The degree of spatial disorder of different streets in the old urban area of Daoli District of Harbin City is derived by using the off-site built environment audit method and mean square weight analysis and other technical methods with multi-source data such as Baidu map API. In this paper, the spatial health measurement of streets with different properties of land usage in the old urban area of Daoli District of Harbin City is classified, and the classification strategies are proposed based on the calculation results. Based on the theory of spatial disorder, a large-scale measurement of street space health provides insights and references for practical urban management in the future. In terms of theoretical research, this paper attempts to fill the gap in urban geospatial disorder research in China.
Today’s cities are becoming more and more complex, the spatial layout is gradually becoming more and more complex, and all aspects of urban construction that need to be considered are increasing. The traditional urban planning and design methods have encountered new challenges. Based on the unique perspective of urban “mesoscale,” this study attempts to apply artificial intelligence technology in the early stage of urban planning and design, predict the positioning of design land based on the surrounding environment, so as to break the limitations of manual decision-making, explore the spatial layout problem from the perspective of machine, find the correlation between land data, and generate results with certain reference value to assist decision-making. By delimiting the research area and collecting and processing data, we trained and generated the artificial neural network model and selected three different areas for model test. The test results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method process.
Under the great background of economic globalization, high-speed development of airplane and automobile industry as well as Harbin Aviation and Automobile Industry City as one of national aviation industry bases, this paper conducts a systemic study on Harbin Aviation and Automobile Industry City. Upon the basis of study on the development background as well as current situation of the industry city, regional overall planning, land utilization, urban function, ecological landscape and culture as well as other planning and development strategies of the industry are mainly discussed in this paper, and, hereby planning prospects are put forward so as to provide certain reference for the planning and construction of industry cities.
Under the Guidance of Smart Growth Theory, the paper respectively discusses the spatial patterns including ecological network, waterfront accessible space and transit-oriented patterns through the analysis of project background and development conditions of Harbin Songbei New District Planning, and explores the functionally-integrated spatial layout patterns suitable for the development of Songbei New District through comparison and selection of various schemes, as well as analyzes the guidance and application of Smart Growth Theory in intensive urban development in order to propose reasonable measures and suggestions for the development planning of the New District.
Starting from analyzing current land utilization in China, this paper tries to find the related problems and their causes. The approaches to the saving and intensification of land utilization are suggested in economic construction, urbanization, and cultivated land protection in respects of theory, technology and administrative policies, to offer effective support for rapid urbanization, modernization and marketing and safeguarding of land utilization.
