ABSTRAKPembangunan daerah sebagai bagian integral dari pembangunan nasional tidak bisa dilepaskan dari prinsip otonomi daerah. Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi indeks desa membangun antara lain adalah jumlah UKM dan IKM yang terdapat didalam satu daerah tesebut. UKM dan IKM juga sangat berperan sebagai roda penggerak pembangunan ekonomi. Selain itu, peran pelaku UKM dipandang sangat penting guna meningkatkan pendapatan perkapita maupun meningkatkan perekonomian suatu daerah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh UKM dan IKM secara simultan dan parsial terhadap Indeks Desa Membangun di Kabupaten. Minahasa Tenggara.Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Secara Simultan IKM dan UKM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Indeks Desa Membangun di Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara, (2) Secara parsial IKM tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Indeks Desa Membangun di Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara dan (3) Secara parsial UKM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Indeks Desa Membangun di Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara Kata kunci: IKM, UKM, IDM ABSTRACTRegional development as an integral part of national development cannot be separated from the principle of regional autonomy. Factors that can affect the index of developing villages include the number of SMEs and IKMs in one area. SMEs and SMEs also play a very important role as a driving force for economic development. In addition, the role of SMEs is seen as very important in order to increase per capita income and improve the economy of a region. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of SMEs and IKM simultaneously and partially on the Village Building Index in the District. Southeast Minahasa. This type of research is associative research using multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results showed that (1) Simultaneously IKM and SMEs had a significant effect on the Developing Village Index in Southeast Minahasa Regency, (2) Partially IKM had no significant effect on the Building Village Index in Southeast Minahasa Regency and (3) Partially SMEs had a significant effect on Index of Developing Villages in Southeast Minahasa Regency Keywords: IKM, SMEs, IDV
