This study aims to describe the Advocacy of the Ombudsman Institute for the Special Region of Yogyakarta in completing the complaints of education problems in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data validity uses triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawings. Research Results: (1) Complaint of Education Problems in DIY Ombudsman Institutions Mapped into a Regular Complaint (Governance of Education and School Management) and Temporary (PPDB), (2) Stages of Advocacy for DIY Ombudsman Institutions, namely the Stage of Preparation (Consultation and Clarification), Implementation Stage (Coordination, investigation, mediation), and stages of assessment (monitoring). Advocacy of DIY Ombudsman Institutions specifically for education, namely educational complaints posts. (3) Supporting factors, namely the existence of pic every education office, complete documents, cooperative attitudes, and monitoring. Inhibiting factors, namely the lack of human resources, community concerns over the impact of the report, the school's violation of the definition of donations and levies, the final product recommendations as input, and the wrong perception of the public.
This service activity for society with title ‘Upgrading reading society’s interest with build public library in Susukan Village, District Bojong Gede, Bogor city. Will be held for 10 years by collaborate with two mitra, Karang Taruna Teenager, and women in RT 03 RW 05, Susukan Village. Mitra condition with amount of densely populated environment and middle down economic living, and dont have a public library, made this service as solution. Upgrading teenager karang taruna skill with this service go to make them as a manager and library staff, and then for women go to be a motivator and feedback source for public library development. This public general ‘Rizanmila’ has no fee (free) for everyone provide a lot of books, not only knowledge (66 books) but also religion book (38 books) and another books (29 books). It makes the total of book is 233 and go to be increase time by time. The attendant is 207 people which is dominate by kids with age range 8 till 15. Female with education range Junior High School till Senior High School. And the most favourite books is a story book, knowledge based and religion. By this condition we still need a charity a lot of books to prevent boring situation and increase the books variety in this public library. This library existence go to give a good benefit, not only for upgrading society reading interest, but also create an idea and trigger attendant creativity by activity such as culinary business, handicraft and another commercial activity in other to upgrading their business skill.
Brands are essential for consumers and producers, but the number of MSMEs registering their trademarks is limited. MSME knowledge about brands needs to be improved. This community service uses online training attended by 57 participants. Quite several participants have already branded their products, but only a few have registered their brands. They still have difficulty creating a brand and registering it and have financial barriers to registering a brand. The stages of community outreach consist of material preparation, training, discussion, and evaluation stages. From the test results, participants did not understand the brand function for consumers and brand characteristics. Participants' understanding of the function of brands for entrepreneurs and brand elements is quite good. Most participants know that a brand must be registered, but many do not know how to register it. The test results are in line with the discussion; many participants want to know how to make a good brand and the procedure for brand registration. The understanding of the trainees about the improvement brand is quite good. The training concludes that MSMEs still need brand training, especially for online trademark registration procedures. Synchronous online training is practical because participants and trainers can have interactive dialogue so that in the future, online training can continue this activity to enhance MSMEs knowledge.
Hotel 101 URBAN Kelapa Gading selalu memberikan fokus utama pada masalah sumber daya manusia dan manajemen pengelolanya untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Agar sumber daya manusia atau karyawan dapat bekerja secara optimal maka diperlukan peningkatan kinerja kerja karyawan yang merupakan faktor penting dalam suatu perusahaan. Disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja juga merupakan cerminan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang mampu bekerja sama baik individu maupun kelompok. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden mengenai disiplin kerja karyawan, motivasi kerja karyawan, dan mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel 1O1 URBAN Kelapa Gading. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Populasi pengumpulan data ini adalah seluruh karyawan Hotel 1O1 URBAN Kelapa Gading yang meliputi staff, daily worker, dan casual. Adapun jumlah sampel yang diambil seluruh karyawan yaitu sebanyak 77 responden dan data di olah dengan program SPPS ver.25. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Liner Berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kontribusi disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yaitu sebesar 43,6% sedangkan 56,4% menunjukkan adanya faktor lain di luar disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan yang tidak diteliti seperti lingkungan kerja, kompetensi dan kepemimpinan.
