ABSTRAK
Mahasiswa diharapkan dapat menghargai karya cipta orang lain yaitu dengan tidak melakukan pelanggaran terhadap karya cipta orang lain. Sehingga perlu dilihat bagaimana mahasiswa mengetahui bentuk-bentuk pelanggaran dan sanksi pelanggarannya agar dalam berkarya tidak melanggar karya cipta orang lain. Untuk itu dalam penelitian ini diungkap tentang pengaruh pengetahuan mahasiswa tentang bentuk-bentuk pelanggaran hak cipta dan pengetahuan mahasiswa tentang sanksi dari pelanggaran tersebut terhadap karya desain mahasiswa.

ABSTRACT
Undergraduate students are expected to appreciate other’s copyrighted work by avoid copyright infringement. Thus, it’s necessary to see student’s level of knowledge about copyright infringement form and provisions to prevent them from those actions in their design process. Therefore the effect of student’s knowledge about copyright infringement and provisions in their work ethics are revealed in this study.
