rancang bangun cross sectional. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Jumlah responden sebesar 65 pekerja. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi Square (? = 5%).

Welding have several potential to cause work accidents. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent work accident, one of them through safety culture. Safety culture is made up of three factors: psychological factors, job factors, and situational factors. The purpose of this study is to analyze safety culture based on the factors of safety culture in welders in shipyard company. This research was an observational research using crosssectional design. The variables were safety climate, safety behavior, and safety culture. The results showed that most respondents had a very good perception of OSH and the safety climate profile was in a good category, most respondents had good safety behavior and safety behavior profile was in a good category. In addition, most respondents had a very good safety culture and profile of safety culture was 74,89% and in a good category. Based on these results, it is expected to develop the safety culture and make some efforts to improve the safety behavior of welder. The management of this shipyard company may take action to perform an analysis of safety culture level as a form of oversight of the existing safety culture.
Dehidration can significantly impact the workers of Tahu UD Sumber Kencana Factory due to workplace climate of warm environments. In addition, high metabolism also occurs because of job duties. Workers who inadequate hydrated while working lead to dehydration. This study aims to reveal the relationship of hydration status between workload and water intake. By applying observational research with cross sectional approach, this study obtained 14 workers in tahu (tofu) and cincau production. Workload data was collected by using 10 pulse measurement method by Kilbon (1992), while water intake measurement was conducted with observation sheet of NIOSH (2011). The urine colors chart by Armstrong (1994) and Armstong (1998) was used to indicate the hydration status of workers. The results showed that workload measurement included in mild and moderate category, whereas water intake measurement was mostly indicated workers in low category. Assessing the worker’s hydration status signified varied findings that were included mild, moderate, and severe category. The statistic analysis of Spearman’s rank correlation showed that the workload had low relation to dehydration (r = 0.094) and had high relation between water intake and hydration (r = 0.882). According to results, it can be concluded that dehydration is more likely to occur to workers with low water intake while working. Keywords: dehydration, water intake, workload
Musculosceletal complaints are a complaint on the skeletal muscle sections felt by a person starting from a very mild to very painful complaint. If the muscles receive static loads repeatedly and over a long period of time, they can cause complaints of joints, ligaments and tendons. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between job factors (work postur of patient lifting and load weight) and individual factors (age, body mass index (BMI), exercise habits and working period) with musculosceletal disorders (MSD's) complaint on inpatient room nurses at Teluk Kuantan General Hospital. The type of research is a quantitative using method observasional analytic with cross sectional study design. Research was conducted on June-July 2018. In this study a sample of 56 nurses inpatient rooms at Teluk Kuantan General Hospital, all nurses were used as research samples. Data was analyzed by univariate, bivariate, and multivariate. The result of this research was 66,1% proportion of musculosceletal disorders complaining. Variables related to musculoskeletal complaints are work posture and working period. Confounding variables are weight and age. Unrelated variables are body mass index and exercise habits. The conclusion of this study is that the work period is the most dominant variable influencing musculoskeletal disorders with 007; OR: 17,949; 95% CI: 2,619). It is recommended for nurses to pay attention to the correct way of lifting patients so that they can adjust to body posture, and for K3RS should more active in providing training related to ergonomic patient handling.
