The purpose of this study is to describe how the quality of service in integrated health in Tangerang City, which is one form of power Sourced Public Health Efforts (UKBM) are managed and organized from, by, for and with the community and in this case carried out by cadres posyandu with technical support from health workers with the object of research in North Village Poris Plawad Cipondoh districts Tangerang. The method used to answer the problem in this study is to use qualitative methods, research instrument using direct observation and interview means to the community, health posts and cadres of health workers, who are in the territory of the village gulls Poris Plawad Cipondoh Northern District of Tangerang. The results showed that the service at Posyandu Camar Kelurahan Poris Plawad Utara Cipondoh Sub-district, Tangerang City, still needs to be improved. In order for the public to get more optimal health services, therefore it is necessary also in complete facilities. There needs to be guidance and coordination of Posyandu cadres role, with community leaders, Government employee in Poris Plawad Utara Village Cipondoh sub-district, Tangerang City, in order to improve the quality of health and public knowledge optimally.Keyword: Service, Public Service, Posyandu
MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) applies health protocols to prove the serve during a pandemic. It is done to decrease the spread of COVID-19. Service quality is improved to the interests of the society that using the Jakarta MRT. MRT applies the health protocol named BANGKIT (Bersih, Aman, Nyaman, Go Green, Kolaborasi, Inovasi, and Tata Kelola). The research aims to know the satisfaction level towards user society satisfaction as the passenger of Jakarta MRT who rides MRT from Lebak Bulus Station. The researcher used the quantitative method and used Simple random sampling to take the sample. To calculate data, the researcher did a correlation test, linear regression analysis, hypothesis test, and determination coefficient. The result of this research showed that the service quality: reliable responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangibles significantly had a strong connection towards society satisfaction. The questionnaire which contained 24 questions was valid and reliable because r table value was bigger than r count value and reliable value. The value of r2 determination coefficient was 74.8%. It means service quality (Independent) gave significant effect towards variable of society satisfaction. The researcher could conclude that there was a positive effect given by service quality towards society satisfaction.
The Tangerang Live application is a communication hub in helping the government achieve organizational goals and communicate with the community. With the existence of e-government can provide public services more effectively and efficiently. In its implementation, there is a need for a combination of institutions, humans and technology. This research focuses on institutional factors in managing the Tangerang Live application and aims to be able to see the capabilities of the city of Tangerang and make it easier for the public to obtain information. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. The data were processed from the results of interviews and observations and then analyzed. The results show that there are several things that are of concern, such as human resources who are not yet competent, services handling is yet optimal and there is no standard operating procedure (SOP) related to the application used. The application is not as expected, it has been socialized but it depends on the level of awareness of the community.
Flooding is a threatening problem both in the city and in the countryside. One of the flood-prone cities is Tangerang City. The cause of flooding is overflowing from the Kali and blockage of existing drainage. Various efforts have been made to prevent flood disasters, the Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daearah (BPBD) of Tangerang City which is an agency that has the task to assist the disaster, in coordination with the Tangerang City government in order to overcome the problems of frequent floods.The purpose of this study is to analyze how the coordination of Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) in flood prevention in Tangerang City. The research method used is qualitative research. The results of the study show that the coordination of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) is well underway and in accordance with the managerial hierarchy, rules and procedures, and plans and goal setting.
Pengelolaan bumdes di Indonesia di era pandemi covid-19 mengalami penurunan ekonomi dari berbagai sektor seperti UMKM, Pariwisata dan lain-lain. Maka hal tersebut perlu adanya inovasi dan potensi dari desa sebagai bentuk dari pemulihan ekonomi dan meningkat kebutuhan ekonomi di perdesaan. Dengan ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan aplikasi Nvivo 12 Plus dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif menggunakan fitur Crosstab Analysis, Cluster Analysis, Concept Map Dan Project Map Analysis, Dan Discourse Analysis. Ada 3 proses tahapan, pertama Ncapture website dan article, tahap kedua menganalisis dengan Nvivo 12 plus untuk memaknai text dan konten yang memiliki kesamaan makna, kata-kata serta konteks yang membuat saling berkaitan antara website dan article; tahap ketiga discourse analysis yaitu analisis dan pemaknaan content website dan article yang relevan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini dengan adanya inovasi dan potensi bumdes di Indonesia akan meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa di masa pandemi covid-19.Kata Kunci : Inovasi, Potensi, Badan Usaha Milik Desa, Covid-19.
