The article analyzes of evaluation criteria for the construction variants of the Building Information Model (BIM). The article analyzes the evaluation criteria of the construction variants of the Building Information Modeling (BIM). Based on the different construction variants of the multistorey building information model, the most important criteria have been identified for the evaluation of BIM technologies in the construction project. A survey questionnaire was created and after interviewing 22 respondents the evaluations of BIM experts were collected. The obtained research data were analyzed with the help of the analytical pairwise comparison method in the hierarchy process. The significance of the criteria and the benefits of the application of BIM technologies were determined with the help of using iterations by the expert pairwise comparison method.
