The main objective of the study is to analyze the impact of theseGood Corporate Governance on Firm Performance, whichcan mediate with Capital Structure. Data is used secondary data that Published on Mining Sector in Indonesian Stock Exchangefrom 2009-2012. This analisys used Secondary Regression and Sobel Test. Sampling technique used here is purposive sampling,and from the 31 listed companies, only 8 companies that can be sampled. The first result of this study is Good CorporateGovernance have not significant on Firm Performance; second result of this study is Good Corporate Governance have notsignificant on Capital Structure; third result of this study is Capital Structure have significant on Firm Performance. The lastresult, Capital Structure isn’t proved to be a mediating variable of Good Corporate Governance to Firm Performance.ABSTRAKSITujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisa dampak dari Good Corporate Governance terhadap kinerja perusahaan yangdimediasi dengan struktur model. Data sekunder yang digunakan adalah data publikasi dari Bursa Efek Indonesia di sektor pertambangan di Indonesia pada periode 2009-2012. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi sekunder dan Sobel Test. Teknik penyampelan yang digunakan adalah penyampelan purposive. Dari 38 perusahaan yang listing, hanya delapan perusahaan yang dapat dijadikan sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertama Good Corporate Governance tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan; kedua Good Corporate Governance juga tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap struktur modal; ketiga struktur modal tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan; terakhir struktur modaltidak memediasi variabel Good Corporate Governance terhadap kinerja perusahaan.
This study aims to examine the factors that influence investment decisions. This study uses financial literacy and investment experience variables as independent variables, risk tolerance as an intervening variable and investment decisions as the dependent variable. This research is a quantitative study using primary data, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population in this study was novice investors in the Economic faculty. Data were analyzed using partial least square analysis. This research is expected to provide benefits to investors for investment decision making.
SME Foods that become partners of this activity have produced the product well, but the packaging used is still simple to less attract consumer interest. Besides, there are regulations from the Ministry of Health that food products from SMEs circulating on the market must have a PIRT number. Based on the results of the survey, SMEs food in the village of Raci Tengah does not know how the PIRT registration flow or its requirements. But some of the requirements in selling a product such as packaging must have a label that contains important information, but according to the team's monitoring at the time of survey, the label that the SMEs made food still does not contain all of the information. The training and mentoring method was chosen to provide insight and knowledge of SME owners so that they immediately have PIRT and packaging in accordance with the times. Overall the effectiveness of this activity was able to mobilize 82.6% of partners to carry out the results of the training. This result was quite satisfying from the team's target of only 70%. The results of the mentoring of this activity can be input for the village head of Raci Tengah to always provide training and assistance to improve the competitiveness of food / beverage SMEs in the village. Keywords: SMEs Food, Packaging, PIRT ABSTRAKUKM makanan yang menjadi mitra kegiatan ini sebenarnya telah memproduksi produk dengan baik, namun kemasan yang digunakan masih sederhana sehingga kurang menarik minat konsumen. Selain itu terdapat peraturan dari Kementerian Kesehatan bahwa produk makanan dari UKM yang beredar di pasaran harus memiliki nomor PIRT. Berdasarkan hasil survei, UKM makanan di Desa Raci Tengah belum tahu bagaimana alur pendaftaran PIRT maupun persyaratannya. Namun beberapa persyaratan dalam menjual sebuah produk diantaranya kemasan harus memiliki label yang memuat informasi penting, namun menurut pantauan tim pada saat survei, label yang dibuat UKM makanan masih belum memuat semua informasi tersebut. Metode pelatihan dipilih untuk memberikan wawasan dan pengetahuan pemilik UKM agar segera memiliki PIRT dan kemasan yang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Secara keseluruhan keefektifan kegiatan ini adalah mampu menggerakkan 82,6% mitra untuk menjalankan hasil pelatihan. Hasil tersebut cukup memuaskan dari target tim yang hanya 70%. Hasil pendampingan kegiatan ini dapat menjadi masukkan bagi para kepala desa Raci tengah untuk senantiasa memberikan pelatihan-pelatihan serta pendampingan guna meningkatkan daya saing dari UKM makanan/minuman yang ada di desa tersebut. Kata Kunci: UKM Makanan, Kemasan, PIRTÂ
In early 2020, almost all countries in the world, including Indonesia, experienced the impact of the COVID-19 virus pandemic. The people of Sukomulyo Lamongan Village are among those affected economically as a result of this pandemic. To overcome this problem, we have the initiative to provide training on making face shield masks to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus. The mask making training is expected to be able to increase knowledge and increase the income of program at village level to educate women on various aspects of family welfare or woman in PKK (Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga). The purpose of this community service implementation is to reduce the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, and to create independence woman in PKK by learning to produce face shield masks. The method we do is by socializing about COVID-19, healthy living patterns during the pandemic, and training in making face shield masks. The results of this activity, which can be seen from the results of the questionnaire, show that 70% feel moved to implement the 5M and MIO movements, and 76% of participants plan to practice making their own face shield masks and will be sold. It can be concluded that this activity provides new experiences for PKK mothers in the Sukomulyo village about the importance of maintaining health during a pandemic, and making face shield masks.
Ramadan Effect, one type of market anomaly, is a seasonal anomaly which shows a difference in average returns in the month of Ramadan compared to other months in one year. The phenomenon of increasing public consumption in the month of Ramadan is suspected to be a phenomenon that causes returns in Ramadan, especially in food and beverages companies different from the months outside of Ramadan. Ramadan in Indonesia has distinctive nature compared to Ramadan in other countries, namely the activity of giving each other food, so that product demand of food and beverages companies also increases. This study used the calculation of risk and returns portfolio to determine the level of risk and return portfolio of food and beverages companies during the month of Ramadan. Purposive sampling was chosen with the criteria of 3 companies that most actively moved their shares in food and beverages sector. Data analysis was explained using financial Mathematics. Based on the calculation, it was shown that PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk (INDF) had-1.67% of return and stocks risk at 2.67%, PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry and Trading Company, Tbk (ULTJ) had-0.19% return and 0.33% stocks risk, while PT. Siantar Top, Tbk (STTP) had 4.70% return and stocks risk at 8.31%. Calculating using portfolio calculation to minimize the risk was proven to be successful method. It showed that the individual stocks risk from the three companies could be reduced to 2.91% with positive return at 0.95%.
