There are still many archives in the Office of Education and Culture of Cilacap Regency on the floor, this shows that as the letters progress, there is no schedule for removal or destruction so that the space and equipment for storing archives is no longer sufficient. Stored archives are often not recovered quickly.The system that is designed is given a specific data search so that it can search for the archives needed quickly, to upload or download archival data that will be needed again, it can be done anywhere without having to come to the office. This makes it easier for staff to use digital documents and archive needs in a time needed again.
