The temperature dependent duplex formation of α-2′-deoxyoctathymidilate phosphorothioate(α-dTps7Tpo) with polyriboadenylate{poly(rA)} was studied and compared with the duplex formation of the corresponding α-dTpo7Tpo, β-dTpo7Tpo and β-dTps7Tpo with poly(rA). The DNA analog α-dTps7Tpo forms stable duplex with poly(rA) and the duplex exhibited greater stability compared to β-dTps7Tpo and poly(rA) duplex. The obtained results also indicate that the configuration of glycoside bond has greater effect of the stability of duplexes than the modification of internucleotide linkages.
α-2′-Deoxyoctathymydilic acid phosphorothioate analog bearing 3′-monophosphate was conveniently synthesized via phosphoramidite method using a riboadenosine attached Teflon-based solid support. The obtained oligomer exhibited enhanced stability toward the digestion by common nucleases.
Abstract. We shall show that the Pauli operator P A ¼ ðD À AÞ 2 I 2 À s Á B has no zero resonances if AðxÞ is smooth and jA j ðxÞj þ j'A j ðxÞj a Chxi Àr with r b 2.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
