This study aims to determine the academic supervision of Principals in Vocational High Schools in improving the performance of vocational teachers, specifically this study wants to find out the problems and efforts of the academic division in improving teacher performance in terms of planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, following up, and problems and solutions. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with a case study method of data collection and analysis techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation study with trianguals. As a source of research data refers to the principal, teachers, students, education staff, people parents and supervisor of the Vocational High School of Bekasi city. The results of the study are a mapping of the performance of vocational teachers from the implementation of the school principal's academic supervision program, which has a clear direction towards positive change for all vocational teacher activities in learning that have a simultaneous impact on teacher performance and improvement of the quality of vocational high school education in Bekasi city. Thus the researcher recommends that the principal as a leader in the school can continue to develop teacher competencies given the rapid changes in science and technology followed by the labor market in the business and industrial world. And the output is the concept of the principal's academic supervision model for vocational teachers.

The background of this study is based on the significance of family counseling to increase family resilience. This counseling is needed to help families in dealing with complex family problems and involves many factors. The purpose of this study is to review the literatures on family counseling approach in increasing family resilience. This study uses a systematic literature review (SLR) approach from various articles that discuss family counseling, family resilience, and household problems. The author used 3 selection criteria for the literature study: periodization, keywords, and limitation. The results show that the family and family resilience must be seen as a system that has various influencing factors. The important role of family counseling is to help families in dealing with crisis situations, find the right solution, bring out the best potential, and develop the ability to work together.

One way to memorize and understand the Qur'an is to learn Arabic. Learning Arabic is still considered a difficult thing for most people. Also, students who studied the Qur'an are only able to read and memorize the verses of the Qur'an without understand the meaning of these verses. This study aims to determine the effect of Tamyiz Method on memory in learning Qur'an. This research used true-experimental method with before match after design. The subjects were students of Islamic boarding school of Qur'an Al-Lathifah, each consisting of 35 people in the experimental group and the control group. The result shows that Tamyiz Method influences memory in learning Qur'an. This method has repetition process, that is elaborative rehearsal and there is mnemonic learning strategy. Qur’an is memorized using imagination and word made using popular songs, making it easier for students in saving information in long-term memory.

The aim of this research were; first, to show to the phenomenon of teenage girl prostitution in Cianjur seen from the characteristics of prostitution place, the characteristics of perpetrator and victim, as well as the prostitution mechanism that happened. The second one is to know how the condition of the teenage girl's family tenacity that became the victim. This research used descriptive analysis method by examining theory as a phenomenon on the field with qualitative approach that aim to uncover the reality of what happened to the teenage girls involved in prostitution. The data found were then analyzed with Foucault genealogy method, so that the researcher could identify of which authorities that related with the teenage girl prostitution phenomenon and family resilience. The result showed that the teenage girls prostitution in Cianjur seen from the characteristics of prostitution place, the characteristics of perpetrator and victim, as well as the prostitution mechanism that happened; there were four kinds of child traffickers for prostitution, namely significant others, friends, and pimps. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah; pertama, untuk mengungkapkan fenomena prostitusi remaja putri di Cianjur dilihat dari karakteristik tempat prostitusi, karakteristik pelaku dan korban serta mekanisme prostitusi yang terjadi; dan kedua, untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi ketahanan keluarga remaja putri yang menjadi korban. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dengan menguji teori sebagai sebuah fenomena di lapangan melalui pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengungkap realita yang terjadi pada remaja putri yang terlibat pada kegiatan prostitusi. Temuan hasil lapangan kemudian dianalisis dengan metode genealogi Foucault sehingga peneliti mengidentifikasi kekuasaan-kekuasaan apa/mana saja yang berkaitan dengan fenomena prostitusi remaja putri dan ketahanan keluarga. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa, Prostitusi remaja putri di Cianjur dilihat dari karakteristik tempat prostitusi, karakteristik pelaku dan korban serta mekanisme prostitusi yang terjadi. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan ada empat macam pelaku perdagangan anak untuk prostitusi, yaitu pacar, teman, dan mucikari.
