Вып. 4 Experts note that the role of labor potential is currently increasing is due to the intersectional nature of employment of the region's population which is the unifying basis of economic and social elements in the overall socio-ecological and economic potential. In order to ensure effective use of internal resources of the region it is necessary to have full and objective information about the socioeconomic potential, as well as quantitative and qualitative assessment. Also the role of each element of the system of socioeconomic potential on a regional process of reproduction should be identified and the impact of state measures on development of the region, especially in the long term should be determined.
