Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan fenomena narsistik yang kerap terlihat di media sosial. narsistik merupakan gangguan kepribadian yang ditandai dengan rasa bangga terhadap dirinya sendiri, haus akan pujian dan pengakuan dari orang lain. Tidak hanya itu, seorang narsistik senang merendahkan dan meremehkan orang lain. Dan penggunaan media sosial menjadi wadah bagi mereka untuk menunjukkan kehebatan-kehebatan yang ada pada dirinya yang kadang tidak sesuai dengan kehidupan nyatanya. Namun begitu, tidak semua orang yang eksis di media sosial adalah orang yang mengalami narsistik. Dalam penelitian ini dijelaskan seperti apa gejala, penyebab, konsekuensi serta perspektif Islam terhadap narsistik.
Mental retardation as a mental disability that affects the brain's working system intellectually, impaired motor sensors which resulted in limitation in living the life in social environment. This makes it difficult to mental retardation limitation to live independently, especially in taking care of yourself. From the background of the problem, the need for the formation of behavior in an effort to take care of yourself for mental retardation using the behavioristik approach to counseling, specifically using the technique of classical conditioning. The object of this writing is mental retardation along with analysis of the behavioristik counseling who became an settlement approach. The result of this writing recommends the use of behavioristik classical conditong as analysis counselling in helping form a mental retardation behavior of self help in caring for yourself. AbstrakStres kerja dalam penelitian ini lebih mengarah kepada konotasi negatif yang memberikan dampak pada individu, lingkungan kerja, social dan keluarga pada penderita yang mengalaminya. Hal ini mengakibatkan menurunnya motivasi kerja karyawan hingga memicu kinerja dan produktifitas yang buruk. Motode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen, yaitu Quasi Experimental Desigan pre-test dan post-test. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas SEFT (Spiritual Emotional Freeedom Technique) dalam menurunkan stres dan meningkatkan motivasi kerja perawat. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SEFT efektif dalam menurunkan stres kerja sebesar 57% dan SEFT juga efektif meningkatkan motivasi kerja sebesar 17%. Pemanfaatan SEFT sebagai treatment akan menguntungkan berbagai pihak, mulai dari kesehatan mental karyawan secara pribadi maupun pihak instansi yang akan menerima kinerja yang baik dari karyawannya. SEFT menjadi jalan keluar bagi instansi yang memiliki masalah stres dan motivasi kerja yang sering dialami karyawan namun kurang penanggulangan.AbstractWork stress in this study leads to negative connotations that have an impact on the individual, work environment, social and family on the sufferer who experiences it. This results in decreased employee motivation, which leads to poor performance and productivity. The research method used in this study was an experiment, namely the Quasi Experimental Design of the pre-test and the post-test. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of SEFT (Spiritual Emotional Freeedom Technique) in reducing stress and increasing work motivation of nurses. The results of the study showed that SEFT was effective in reducing work stress by 57% and SEFT was also effective in increasing work motivation by 17%. The use of SEFT as a treatment will benefit various parties, ranging from the mental health of employees personally to institutions that will receive good performance from their employees. SEFT is a solution for agencies that have stress and work motivation problems that are often experienced by employees but lack of control.
