Various approaches to color changing media (CCM) for color microdisplays using blue pixelated OLED display with blue-togreen and blue-to-red CCM have been studied. Vacuum-deposited CCM films have been demonstrated with optical density 3.75/micron at the maximum of absorption and absolute quantum efficiency of photoluminescence of 82% and 67% for B/G and B/R CCM, respectively.
The present state of research concerning a cw chemical CO laser whose operation is based on a chain chemical reaction of carbon disulfide oxidation is describe. The role of various chemical-kinetics processes in CS2 oxidation in the gas phase is discussed mud the key processes are identified. Appropriate experimental techniques are described. The results of studies of the ~eld of laser emission from CO molecules containLng CS~, 02, and various additives in the optical resonator are ~ven. The energy-related c~haracteristics of various types of chemical CO lasers using subsonic and supersonic flows of reactive mixure are reported. The influence of a number of parameters on the energetic characteristics of the lasers is discussed.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
