corded and processed on an SM-4 computer. The readings of the correlation flow meter were compared with those of the diaphragm placed in the single-phase region of the helium stream. The relative deviation of the results of measurement of mass flow rate by the correlation flow meter and the diaphragm did not exceed 10%.Thus, it can be concluded that the diagnostic module with SHF resonators provides a relatively high accuracy, is very reliable and can be used in any cryogenic systems (having two-phase streams) to measure the vapor content, density and flow rate of vapor-liquid cryogenic media. scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
