The aim of the work is to evaluate the intermediate results of the digitalization process of transport and logistics services in Russian agriculture. A methodology has been applied that uses data from Rosstat, the GooglePlay service and the Yandex.Radar service as a source of information. The study shows that one of the main trends in the cargo transportation market is the introduction of new technologies, such as transport and warehouse management systems, digital services that automate the business processes of carriers, mobile applications for ordering or providing cargo transportation services. The processes of digitalization of transport and logistics services in Russian agriculture are supported by the state. The implementation of the projects "Digital Platform of the transport complex" and "Digital Agriculture" will ensure cost reduction and improve the quality of transport and logistics services. The creation of a digital platform will unite all market participants in one information space and increase the transparency and traceability of cargo transportation.
The problems of organizing interactive learning in higher education are discussed, taking into account the prospective introduction of new educational standards. It is noted that the emphasis on the use of professional standards in the existing conditions will lead to a decrease in the creative component of graduate training, and the lack of the possibility of real practice will lead to dogmatism and scholasticism. The high dynamics of technical and technological transformations and transformations of the economic sphere in the Russian Federation against the background of global challenges demonstrates the discrepancy between the paces of individual training of high-class professionals. According to the author, the problem is not the transition beyond the boundaries of habitual work; the main attention should be paid to the "smart" future. Complex technologies require significantly more time than before to master the profession. Domestic specialized education should certainly be linked to the spatial development of Russia, which has a huge territory and corresponding local-territorial specifics. Job security – as a tactical emphasis disappears irrevocably within the borders of the region and the industry, giving way for adaptation to the market of local labor and also rapidly and freely moving capital.

The need to build the competences of educators and students in relation to digital education is acute, the range of strategies proposed to achieve this outcome. A new education system is forming. It is characterized by blending online learning with traditional approaches. Online learning and teaching marketplaces have become the primary source of knowledge all over the world.
