The problem of coordination of material and financial flows at defense enterprises in the production and delivery of the required volume of defense products in due time is considered. The purpose of the article is to theoretically substantiate the need to reconcile certain contradictions in the flow processes at enterprises and to develop a model of end-to-end optimization of material and related financial flows as a prerequisite for ensuring the financial security of defense industry enterprises. The conflicts of interest (contradictions) are analyzed in terms of the passage of material and related financial flows that occur under the existing management system at domestic defense enterprises. Methodical basis for the study of contradictions in the flow processes of the enterprise in this work were selected analysis and synthesis. The economic flow of the enterprise is conditionally considered by the characteristics:, the volume of flow, the time of flow and the cost of flow, with further consideration of their characteristic qualities, properties, relationships and contradictions between them.
