Analysis of the socio-psychological climate of the police teams of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation is an important source of information to assess the readiness of employees to perform service tasks. The problem that initiates the study is the discrepancy between the methods for measuring the climate and the specifics of interaction of employees, the nature and conditions of their work activities. In a domestic social psychology there are dozens of approaches to the understanding of the essence of this phenomenon, methods of its diagnosis and ensuring an optimal climate in the team, which significantly complicates the activities of heads and psychologists of departments of internal affairs. The article is devoted to reconceptualization of the phenomenon of social-psychological climate in law-enforcement bodies teams as in modern conditions the necessity of concrete definition of the phenomenon is evident, without which the tools and procedures used for its measurement cannot be defined and improved. The authors name the key reasons that require in-depth theoretical study of the climate of service teams. The research methods are cognitive methods of information processing (generalization, systematization and classification), which allow to characterize and synthesize the specifics of the study of the sociopsychological climate. Results. The article identifies the basic structural elements of the phenomenon under study and describes the main directions of understanding the phenomenon of social and psychological climate. Their specification allows us to adequately assess the modality and level of psycho-social climate, identify the causes of its deterioration in a particular unit and provide adequate psychological support.
The article is devoted to a comparative study of features of social perception, ostracism and tendency to deviant behavior among adolescents aged 12 to 18 involved and not involved in the activities of the Cultural and Leisure Centre «Izhorets» in Kolpinsky district of St. Petersburg. The following techniques were used in the research: 1) associative experiment according to the method «SPI(H)» – structure of a person’s image (hierarchical) (V. Sitnikov); 2) scale of disturbed needs – ostracism (fear of rejection); 3) determination of tendency to deviant behavior (A. N. Orel). The results revealed differences in self-images and images of deviant adolescents, varying levels of ostracism, but no significant differences in the tendency to deviant behavior. The adolescents showed significant correlations between ostracism factors and the tendency to deviant behavior.
Purpose. Improving the efficiency of the system by increasing the accuracy in determining the drilling objects spatial orientation, as well as adjusting the system components to more accurately isolate the information signal from the angle transducer. Methodology. A comprehensive increase in the angle transducer accuracy is based on taking into account the influence of factors and errors in determining the drilling objects spatial orientation, as well as a possibility of smoothly tuning the characteristics of the receiving part due to the departure of the information modulated signal frequency from the angle transducer. Findings. Given the converters operating condition, the error in measuring the zenith angle (deviation angle from the vertical) does not exceed 0.3, the installation angle of the deflector is 3. In addition, restructuring the frequency-dependent components characteristics of the systems receiving part allows one to make changes quickly and improve the overall system. Originality. A comprehensive solution to the problem of increasing the control system efficiency is to increase the converter characteristics, by taking into account its errors and operating conditions, as well as increasing the smoothness and tuning the characteristics efficiency of the receiving part, due to the possibility of calculating the transfer function coefficients using simplified ratios, which will greatly simplify the process of processing information and improve the quality of inclinometric work. Practical value. This complex solution is brought to the design, manufacture and experimental converter verification, and algorithms and programs for tuning frequency-dependent components are proposed and brought to implementation.
