The relevance of the issues of the working out of management of sustainable tourism and hospitality development in the regions stipulated by the necessity of integrated approach to assessing the impact of tourism on the socio-economic aspects of the regions progress. The purpose of the article is to develop a methodology for managing sustainable development of tourism and hospitality in the regions. The leading approach to the study of this problem is evaluation of the scale of tourism development and its impact on the region, and then determination of the appropriate indicators for each measurement and the analysis of assets and resources, related to the development of tourism and hospitality, that allows a comparison with other regions and countries. The article covers the questions of change of scientific approaches to the assessment of the essence of the concept of "sustainable tourism development", identifies and describes the main factors affecting the management of sustainable development of tourism and hospitality in the region.The article also reveals that if the connection between tourism and other sectors of the national economy can not be built, a significant part of the development potential of the tourism actions may be lost. Article materials represent a practical value to designers in the field of tourism and marketing specialists trying to develop offers that are adapted to the needs of the target markets.
Purpose Actuality of this subject is predetermined by the fact that global competitiveness and expansion of exchange of knowledge made employers not only increase requirements to factual results of the study at all levels of education but also announce the necessity of formation of new qualities with graduates. The purpose of this paper is to develop a complex of recommendations for employers’ participation in the formation of educational programs for preparing specialists in the service sphere, aimed at improving education quality and the demand for graduates in the labor market. Design/methodology/approach A method which leads to the study of this problem is desk methods of research. For an evaluation of the results of realization of educational programs and use of educational resources for training of specialists in the service sphere, the authors conducted a survey of employers (representatives of service sphere); the selection constituted 300 people. Findings The paper determines scientifically substantiated directions of activities for the participation of employers in the formation of educational programs and resources for training of specialists in the service sphere. The authors developed a model of interconnection of purposes and results of employers’ participation in the realization of educational programs, formation, and use of educational resources. Originality/value The practical significance of this research consists in the fact that received results and offers could be used by educational establishments, employers, and professional associations.
Рассмотрена возможность увеличения туристопотока в российские регионы на основе развития ивент-туризма. Показаны преимущества развития ивент-мероприятий для принимающего региона. Выделены виды данного туризма: фестивали, карнавалы, парады, празднования; конференции, форумы, симпозиумы, круглые столы; семинары, тренинги, курсы повышения квалификации; спортивные соревнования; концерты, показы фильмов, театральные постановки; юбилеи, свадьбы, торжества; выставки, ярмарки, торговые шоу, презентации, открытия предприятий, приемы, мероприятия, связанные с продвижением торговой марки и т. д. Проанализированы проблемы современного развития въездного иностранного туризма в Россию, снижение доли иностранных туристов, самостоятельная организация отдыха в России без привлечения туристических компаний, короткий срок пребывания в стране. Выявлено, что основным источником развития российского туризма в настоящее время является внутренний туризм. Это свидетельствует о перспективности развития рынка ивент-мероприятий для привлечения туристов в российские регионы. На конкретных примерах из опыта проведения чемпионата мира по футболу в 2018 г. показано позитивное влияние ивент-туризма на рост доходности сферы гостиничных услуг. Анализ проведения Чемпионата мира по футболу в Санкт-Петербурге выявил также, что не все регионы России показали ожидаемый рост доходности. Это свидетельствует о необходимости серьезных маркетинговых исследований потребительского спроса на проведение ивент-мероприятий. Приведен позитивный опыт развития туризма в отдельных регионах России: в Санкт-Петербурге и Владимирской области, которые активно используют различного рода фестивали и праздники для привлечения российских и зарубежных туристов с целью увеличения доходов региональных объектов гостинично-туристической отрасли и пополнения местного бюджета.
Analysis of educational system seems to be the most reasonable when the key points are reformation and modernization of education, since the mentioned processes are the response to transformations in adjacent social spheres caused in their turn by objective changes, which may include civilizational, transnational changes in education at national level. This article is devoted to the estimation of educational reforms in the context of contemporary civilizational changes. The research aimed to systematize the features of development of reforms in the field of education, to develop measures on coordination of activities among main participants in educational process, to determine its main features in the context of civilizational changes. It has been established that the key point is to detect balance between autonomous right of a university to render education and scientific studies for economy and society, and responsibility of state for assurance of quality, accountability, integrity, and availability of education. It has been proved that the education sector needs investment to improve learning and research conditions. Another issue is implementation of new forms of financing, including on competitive basis, to support interest and interaction between universities and business environment. It has been determined that new trends in cooperation should not only concern the development of innovations and commercialization but also attract employers to cooperation aiming at development of new or updating the existing learning programs.
