Objective: Conduct and follow-up experiment with the aim of improving and refining the methods of initial training in judo for children 7-10 years of age with the help of specialized judo games. Modern methods of training in many sports, particularly in judo, are characterized by early specialization. In this respect, some existing training programs may be immaturity when the age characteristics of beginners are not taken into account and, as a result, children's health suffers from adverse consequences. Primary Judo training methods open up a vast space for improvement and development of this type of sport. The author initiates and practices process of teaching and learning in basic training beginners judo, using judo games as a means to fully develop the physical characteristics and layout of racing skills
Using the survey method, a study of Judo coach opinion in Bulgaria on the need to introduce a Judo training methodology for different ages, particularly for children aged 7 to 10, was conducted. Several statistical methods have been used. The results of the study were processed in percentage by the Excel program and presented graphically. The study shows that most judo specialists are convinced that it is necessary to develop a teaching and training methodology for all ages and especially for children. Experts also give their opinion on the important aspects of the training that should be included in the training methodology.
This article presents a study of mental resilience, stability (emotional intelligence), and in particular the levels of aggressive response, according to the practices of judo, fitness, basketball, and tennis by students at Sofia University. The levels of aggression as an indicator of students' ability to manage, influence and control their emotions, attitudes, behaviours and the mental and volitional state of the individual were examined with the questionnaire of Bues&Durke. The study aims to determine, through the levels of aggressive reaction and depression, what is the impact of the sports of judo, fitness, basketball, and tennis practiced at the University of Sofia for the students' mental stability, stability (emotional intelligence). The object of study is the level of physical aggression of students practicing these sports. The subject of the study is the levels of mental resilience of students practicing judo, fitness, tennis, and basketball, broken down by gender, faculty, and age. As a result of the study, it can be summarized that physical aggression can and should be corrected. Family is the main factor that educates the individual and sets his or her direction of development, but sports at the University can correct and compensate for family gaps.
The purpose of this study is to check the knowledge of the judo terminology and judo etiquette of children from 7 to 10 years of age, practicing judo in different sports clubs in Bulgaria. The clubs where the survey is conducted are selected by several indicators:- The coaches of the judo work on the Dan-Kyu system (technical degree in judo) for preparation and promotion;- The coaches work with children aged 7 to 10 years.- There is consent of the parents to conduct the study with the children.Using the method of inquiry and interview, a study was conducted with children practicing judo in five sports clubs at Sofia and two of the province. Two main problems have been investigated:- Knowledge of Judo terminology and its use;- Knowledge of the judo etiquette and its application.The results of the survey are processed by the EXCEL program and presented graphically. The analysis shows that most of the children surveyed know the terminology, but they do not associate it with its Bulgarian meaning. For the etiquette in judo, the knowledge of the children is limited to the basic rules and the meaning and the order of observance are not known.
