The objective of the article is to understand how multidisciplinary teams use Collective Intelligence to create meaning and co-create solutions in a situation of risk management for assistance in the context of the SOS-PME project during the pandemic period and, consequently, crisis due to COVID-19. The information compiled is relevant to academia, bringing wealth in the union of multidisciplinarity and sensemaking's conecpts, used as elements for future research, companies and professionals seeking more multidisciplinary teams and their smarter collective environments, encouraging those environments that do not yet have multidisciplinary teams in the process of sensemaking. For the development of the research, a qualitative and exploratory approach was chosen, with participant observations in the project's attendance, followed by semi-structured interviews with project coordinators. The main results refer to the fact that a team formed by people from different disciplines and contexts contribute to collective intelligence and create meaning in an easy way. In the cases observed, leadership proved to be essential for conducting the moments of sensem creation and co-creation. First, Collective Intelligence, a type of shared intelligence that arises from the collaboration of individuals in their diversity (Lévy, 2007). It is a step in the creation of meaning, which, according to Weick (1995), is the process of creating understandings for events, and can be influenced by multidisciplinarity. The relationship between the multidisciplinary nature of teams serving entrepreneurs to create meaning in management alternatives, consistent with risk management, can be seen, inventing more multidisciplinary teams, which collectively co-create intelligent solutions in this context, bringing relevant solutions to the problems encountered.
