Background: Physical training is an integral part of policemen's professional training. The aim of the study is to verify experimentally the effectiveness of the authors' methodology of training future patrol policemen targeted at increasing their general physical fitness level during the primary professional training course.
In the article, using the functional resonance analysis method, the process of traffic safety control of vehicles that carry out cargo delivery and transportation of passengers, when their technical condition changes during operation, is simulated. On the basis of statistical data, the reasons of the change of the technical condition of the chassis of the vehicles and their influence on its operational properties were analysed. Resilience Decision Support (Resilience DS) software is used to solve this problem. Such a tool made it possible to simulate the sociotechnical system "Person-Car-Organization of maintenance and repair system" and to form the formal models for constant evaluation of the effective functioning of the system of maintenance of vehicles and conditions of increasing their operation. To develop a maintenance model using a functional resonance analysis method, data was collected at a proprietary vehicle maintenance station. The model consists of a set of functions that determine the actions executed during maintenance of vehicles. The use of function-oriented technologies in a vehicle maintenance system allows simulation and maximizing overall operational parameters of vehicle due to local increase in technical capabilities and properties of individual elements, surfaces and/or zones of a part, depending on the functional features of operation.
The main task of vocational schools in the system of penitentiary authorities and institutions is to ensure the right of citizens to vocational training following their inclinations, interests and abilities to improve their adaptation after release from prison. The paper aims to experimentally verify pedagogical conditions for developing professional competency in students from vocational schools of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine during their study of humanities and general professional disciplines. A total of 380 students from vocational education institutions of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine were divided into a control group (CG -180 respondents) and an experimental group (EG -200 respondents). It became necessary to introduce four pedagogical conditions (using the potential of a personalityoriented approach to boosting motivation towards learning; humanizing the relationships between teachers and students; reinforcing professional orientations of students by introducing innovative pedagogical technologies; improving personal and professionally important qualities based on the introduction of the specialized course, titled "Developing the Individuality of Convicts") to enhance the effectiveness of developing professional competency in convicts. Diagnostic methods, standardized tests, specially designed author's questionnaires and surveys, pedagogical consultative methods were employed to obtain reliable information. The number of EG respondents with a creative level has increased significantly, namely, from 18 (9.0%) to 53 (26.50%). In CG, however, these numbers are lower: from 14 (7.78%) to 18 (10.00%). The obtained results prove the effectiveness of the author's approach to developing professional competency based on the introduction of pedagogical conditions.
Each system (motor transport system) interacts with the environment in which it operates, receiving control actions from the control subject. This is the system «Human-Motor Transport System-Operating Environment-Operational Efficiency». The structural-functional scheme of link in the system «Human-Motor Transport System-Operating Environment-Operational Efficiency» has been created. It allows you to meet the modern requirements of Regulation (EU) 2019/631 on ensuring environmental friendliness of transport. The factors influencing the system are analyzed: characteristics and systems of the car, climatic and road conditions, driving style, car maintenance. Ways of increasing an efficiency of vehicle operation based on the identification of internal factors (resource), the condition of the technical maintenance system at the enterprise and the direction of the implementation of modern new technologies in the service sector are considered. The components of the quality of the system «Human-Motor Transport System-Operating Environment-Operational Efficiency» are presented, which depend on the organization and functioning of the system. These are the components of stability, controllability of the system, the ability of the system to solve problems and change the structure or parameters. Depending on the study of the system during the problem analysis, you can establish the level of its quality. In the study of system processes, factors are reflected in the form of external and internal variables. The problem is determined, which changes the functioning of the system, and is evaluated using diagnostics during the maintenance process. The factors characterizing the properties of the system «Human-Motor Transport System-Operating Environment-Operational Efficiency» are considered. The «objectives tree» is presented, which allows for efficient implementation of the functioning of the motor transport system. The effectiveness of a managerial decision in organizing a system is determined by a set of particular criteria, and therefore it is necessary to choose managerial decisions so that each of the particular criteria provides greater importance. Keywords: vehicle, motor transport system, technical operation, maintenance system
Formation of general competence in higher education students at physical education The article highlights the relevance of the competence approach in the higher education system. The priority of the competence approach in the organization of educational process in higher education institutions of Ukraine is substantiated. Analyzed what general competencies a graduate student should master. Some problems and peculiarities of formation of general competences in students in physical education classes are considered. A competent approach in physical education classes will help to accomplish current tasks of the modern class, contributing to the formation of both general and special competencies of students. General competences-universal competences that are independent of the subject area, but are important for the successful further professional and social activities of the applicant in various fields and for his personal development. A college graduate must have the following general competencies: ability to analyze and synthesize; ability to put knowledge into practice; scheduling and time allocation; basic general knowledge of the field of study; application of basic knowledge of the profession in practice; oral and written communication in the native language; knowledge of the second language; basic computer skills; research skills; self-learning ability; information skills (ability to find and analyze information from different sources); self-criticism and criticism skills; ability to adapt to new situations; the ability to generate new ideas (creativity). Different levels of formation and display of competencies in students include: 1) the degree of mastery and implementation of competencies in a particular type of activity; 2) subjective factor (dependence of mastering of competences and their realization in a certain type of activity on inherent in a particular personality of natural data); 3) causal relationship between the formation of structural components of competence.
