AbstrakDewasa ini, banyak aspek mengalami perubahan dengan berkembangnya teknologi dan infomasi di era globalisasi. Sebut saja media sosial yang banyak digunakan oleh populasi manusia di bumi. Menurut Caleb T. Carr dan Rebecca T. Hayes, media sosial adalah media berbasis internet yang memungkinkan pengguna berkesempatan untuk berinteraksi dan mempresentasikan diri, baik secara seketika ataupun tertunda, dengan khalayak luas maupun tidak yang mendorong nilai dari user-generated content dan persepsi interaksi dengan orang lain. Berdasarkan survei Asosiasi Penyelenggara Jasa Internet Indonesia (APJII), pada tahun 2018 tercatat pengguna internet di Indonesia sebanyak 171,17 juta jiwa dari penduduk 264 juta jiwa atau sekitar 64,8 % dari seluruh penduduk Indonesia. Banyak perusahan sudah mulai menggunakan media sosial dalam hal marketing dan promosi ke khalayak luas. Pihak perusahaan menugas karyawan yang melek teknologi atau istilah zaman sekarang dikenal dengan generasi milenial. Generasi milenial dikenal kedekatannya dengan teknologi. Tercatat penetrasi pengguna internet generasi milenial 79,6%. Perusahaan membutuhkan sumber daya manusia atau karyawan yang mampu bekerja secara maksimal sehingga dapat mengimbangi standar yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitan kualitatif yang bersifat lapangan (field research). Jenis data yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif yakni berupa pemikiran, pendapat dan argumentasi dari karyawan PT Perkebunan Nusantara VI Kayu Aro, serta dilengkapi dengan data-data buku, jurnal, dan artikel. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang penulis gunakan analisis domain, analisis taksonomi, dan analisis komponensial. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa karyawan generasi milenial PT Perkebunan Nusantara VI Kayu Aro mampu memanfaatkan media sosial dalam bekerja, dengan media sosial produktivitas generasi milenial bisa menjadi meningkat.
This article reveals how to internalize the values of religious moderation through education based on local wisdom Parsubang local wisdom in the province of North Sumatra. Parsubang is a term for a group or someone who attends or attends a wedding. In the Batak community in North Sumatra Province, Parsubang is understood as a group of relatives who are not allowed to eat pork because they are followers of the Islamic religion who attend a party. The party holding the party usually prepares food that uses the services of others to cook it, which incidentally is halal in the view of Islam. This article uses a qualitative research method with a grounded theory approach. Data analysis techniques are condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This article finds that the Parsubang tradition in the Batak community reflects four indicators of religious moderation formulated by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia, namely commitment to the nation, anti-violence against fellow citizens, tolerance for adherents of other religions, and accommodativeness to regional culture. These four things are reflected in the actions of Western society, which are mostly Catholics or Christians who invite and present Muslims to their wedding celebrations, and they also hire extraordinary cooks to be able to prepare food that is halal in the view of Islam and cooked in different places for can give confidence to Muslims who attend and eat the food served at a party.
In Indonesia alone there are 3 million more people with visual impairments and there are only 10% of media available, and during the covid19 pandemic 99% of students actively use social media during the pandemic especially social media Tiktok which is about 78% of students using Tiktok longer. Even Tiktok’s social media users are increasing by around 14.3 million per month. Seeing these problems, the researchers made a new innovation, namely the Ar-B (Augmented Reality and Braille) Tiktok-based Learning Media Innovation which is used for normal and visually impaired students in an effort to fulfill human rights in the field of education for the community. with disabilities. This research uses the R&D type with the Borg and Gall development model. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires, literature studies, documentation and trials and then analyzed using media expert validation analysis techniques, material expert validation analysis techniques and trial analysis techniques. The specific purpose of making this media is to find out whether the Ar-B Module is valid to use and how the student learning outcomes after using this module. The results of this study indicate that the module Ar-B has a validity level of 92% and can improve student learning outcomes.
