Soft skills are a set of abilities related to adjustments to oneself, others, and the environment. The counselor's personal soft skills mean the abilities or personal competencies possessed by a counselor. This study aims to determine how much the Career Development Program (CDP) influences in developing the counselor's personal soft skills of BKI students. The design of this research is quantitative experimental, using the preexperimental design method with the type of pre-test and post-test one group design. The population of this study were the students of Islamic Guidance and Counseling (BKI) IAIN Surakarta 2015/2016, 2016/2017, and 2017/2018 academic years. The sample in this study were 90 students by taken in 3 classes in each academic year, through stratified cluster random sampling. Measurement of the counselor's personal soft skills using EPPS psychological instruments. The research results of the counselor's personal soft skills of BKI students before and after being given Career Development Program (CDP) training, both in the second semester, 4th semester and 6th semester students groups showed significant differences. The results of paired t-test analysis obtained the pretest and posttest values with sig values = 0.000 <0.05. This means that the Career Development Program (CDP) has a significant effect on improving the counselor's personal soft skills of BKI students. The Career Development Program (CDP) is a model for the development and improvement of personal counselor's soft skills that are effective for the students of BKI IAIN Surakarta.Abstrak: Soft skills merupakan seperangkat kemampuan yang berkaitan dengan penyesuaian terhadap diri sendiri, orang lain, serta lingkungan. Soft skills pribadi konselor berarti kemampuan atau kompetensi kepribadian yang dimiliki oleh seorang konselor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Career Development Program (CDP) dalam pengembangan soft skill pribadi konselor mahasiswa BKI. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitaftif eksperimen, dengan menggunakan metode pre experimental design dengan jenis pre test and post test one group design. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam (BKI) IAIN Surakarta tahun akademik . Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 90 mahasiswa atau diambil 3 kelas setiap angkatan tahun akademik, melalui stratified cluster random sampling. Pengukuran soft skill pribadi konselor menggunakan instrumen psikologi EPPS. The life of an adolescents who will come is largely determined by the efficacy that is in him, how much the individual believes in his abilities.This study aims to find out how self-efficacy is in adolescents with physical disabilities, the type of research used is a qualitative case study. The technique of determining the subject is purposive sampling. The subjects in this study were three adolescents with physical disabilities in the Sehati Sukoharjo and family members of the main subject as supporting subjects. Data collection techniques using interviews. The validity of the data using source triangulation.The results of this study provide an overview of self-efficacy in adolescents with physical disabilities at the Sukoharjo Sehati Difabel Association. At the level aspect (level) is indicated by action, determination, confidence in self-ability, trust from the environment. Aspects of strength (strength) are shown by optimistic thinking, role models, recognition from the environment, previous self-competence, and emotional management. The generality aspect is shown by increasing skills and levels, solution strategies, and self-development with references.
Adolescent who are currently sitting on high schools or should be equal begin to prepare for a career on the next one. Career determination is based on desire and potential of interests and talents. To understand these interests and potential, a measurement must be taken, one of them with an intelligence measuring instrument. The purpose of this study is to provide a profile of the adolescent girls intelligence living at the female orphanage in Solo city. This study is a descriptive quantitative study. The measuring instrument uses the IST intelligence test instrument. The career interest survey uses the RMIB. The subjects used were 8 beneficiaries in the female orphanage. Determination of the subject using purposive sampling, namely adolescent girls who sit at the high school level or equivalent. The measurement results show 2 people with IQ in the category above average, and 6 people with the average category. Of the 5 categorizations, no subject was in the low category. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat pemahaman tentang gangguan jiwa pada caregiver dan mengetahui perilaku mendukung keluarga pada penderita skizofrenia di Griya Peduli PMI Surakarta. Subjek pada penelitian ini sebanyak 22 caregiver yang mempunyai anggota keluarga dengan skizofrenia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode mix methods atau metode penelitian kombinasi, yang berarti mengkombinasikan antara metode kuantitatif dan metode kualitatif. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis sequential explanatory design, dimana pengumpulan data dan analisis data kuantitatif pada tahap pertama, diikuti dengan pengumpulan data dan analisis data kualitatif pada tahap kedua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman tentang gangguan jiwa pada caregiver terbagi menjadi 4 kategori, dimana 5 responden masuk kategori rendah, 11 responden dengan masuk dalam kategori sedang, 4 responden masuk dalam kategori tinggi, dan 2 responden masuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Hasil perhitungan dari setiap aspek pemahaman, dengan aspek tahu mendapatkan nilai 70%, aspek paham dengan nilai 70%, aspek aplikasi 76%, aspek analisa 67%, aspek sintesis 68%, dan aspek evaluasi mendapatkan nilai 65%. Data kualitatif yang didapat memperkuat dan memperdalam data dari hasil kuantitatif.
