Adolescence is a period of individuals which shows the puberty changes until they reach the sexual maturity. While these changes occur due to an increase of hormonal levels, it causes the vaginal discharge in female adolescence. Vaginal discharge (leucorrhoea) affects about 50% of female population and approximately 75% of Indonesian women have experienced once in their life time. Both of physiological and pathological leucorrhea are a manifestation of uterine diseases symptoms. Leucorrhea can be treated and prevented by proper personal hygiene. The aim of this study is to describe the knowledge of female adolescence about leucorrhea management. The study was a descriptive quantitative with cross sectional approached. The samples were obtained from female students in junior high school grade VII and VIII. The 74 samples of female students were obtained by a total sampling technique. The 52% of early female adolescence and 55% of mid female adolescence have an adequate knowledge about leucorrhea management, whether 11% of early female adolescence and 9% of mid female adolescence have a good knowledge about leucorrhea management. The 45% respondents obtain the leucorrhea information from television. The lack information about leucorrhea or vaginal discharge can be solve by provide the good knowledge about prevention and administration itself.
Rekam Medis adalah dokumen rahasia sehingga dalam penyelenggaraannya perlu adanya pencatatan data rekam medis yang terintegrasi dan lengkap. Klinik Pratama Kimia Farma Jember melaksanakan pencatatan rekam medis secara manual, belum dilaksanakannya retensi dan angka kunjungan yang tinggi sebesar 20416 pada tahun 2021 menyebabkan ruang penyimpanan yang tersedia tidak cukup untuk menampung berkas rekam medis, serta pencatatan penggunaan nomor RM dan laporan kunjungan pasien yang menggunakan Google sheets. Berdasarkan pernyataan tersebut, pencatatan rekam medis yang dilaksanakan kurang efektif. Sehingga dibutuhkan rekam medis elektronik yang mencakup proses pencatatan rekam medis secara elektronik, pelaporan dan retensi rekam medis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian research and development dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan brainstorming. Perancangan ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem prototype yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis kebutuhan user, pembuatan prototype, penyesuaian prototype, pembuatan program, pengujian dan evaluasi. Tahapan analisa yaitu melalui analisa masalah dan kebutuhan sistem. Tahap pembuatan prototype menggunakan flowchart system, Context Diagram, DFD, dan ERD. Tahap penyesuaian prototype menggunakan metode brainstorming. Tahap pembuatan program menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, Bootstrap, MySQL, dan Codeigniter. Tahapan pengujian menggunakan blackbox testing. Tahap evaluasi sistem menggunakan brainstorming. Hasil penelitian adalah rekam medis elektronik rawat jalan berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah dan mengatasi permasalahan dalam penyelenggaraan rekam medis.
Based on the preliminary study that has been carried out, namely with several village officials. Currently, the village of Kemuning Lor still lacks socialization related to menarche education, so that many teenagers in Kemuning Lor Village, Arjasa District, Jember Regency still do not understand menarche. This of course has an impact on the reproductive health and psychology of adolescent girls because of the lack of knowledge about menarche. This community service activity will optimize the understanding of menarche among PKK cadres and young women in Kemning lor Village, with socialization activities and application learning. The result of this community service activity is an increase in knowledge about menarche for both PKK Cadres and Young Women. From the level of understanding that was previously 30% which was included in the category of high knowledge to 85% after socialization.
Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) becomes a solution to help humans connect with computers. Research and tools related to HCI have been developed by many researchers. HCI is able to help humans connect between humans and computers and humans with humans at a considerable distance. One of HCI model is applied to the MyoWare tool that can capture hand muscle movements using an electromyograph (EMG) sensor. This article describes how to assemble and identify the raw data generated from the MyoWare tool. Using MyoWare on the hand could produce EMG data output. MyoWare only used the EMG sensor and generated data in the form of Envelope EMG and Raw EMG which differed in scale and size. This required a extraction features process to make the data uniform. This study uses the Moment Invariant method to extract features and min-max to normalize each data generated on the MyoWare sensor. Testing was done by doing simple hand movements. The test results showed that the differences in gestures were recognized well even though they were performed in different positions.
