The article studies the tendencies of the development of higher education in the era of the digital global economy on the basis of the interdisciplinary approach. A method of critical analysis is used to promote the disclosure of contradictions between the trends in the development of the digital global economy and the state of higher education at the present stage, as well as the method of interpretation that allows us to come closer to understanding the tasks that the higher education system must solve through studying the characteristics of the current generation of students. An interpretation of the features of the modern educational process in the era of digital economy through the prism of the theory of generations (The Strauss-Howe Generational Theory) is given. The problem of search for actual models of higher education is investigated, and the necessity of finding ways of adapting higher education to the global challenges of modernity in the situation of reducing the influence of traditional teaching technologies on the younger generation is proved.
Abstract:The paper is devoted to the problem of the exhaustion of international companies' trademarks and other intellectual property objects rights in the foreign trade practices of Russia and other countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU). The paper focuses on the problems of trade integration through the intellectual property market, since any free movement of goods should always be correlated with respect for the interests of the trademark rights owners. The aim of this paper is to explore the process of parallel importing in the aspect of international companies trademarks intellectual property rights in the Russian Federation and EEU countries and the opportunities and challenges it provides for both manufacturers and importers. The problem of importing products labeled with trademarks through parallel import channels to Russia is being considered using the schemes for the importation of counterfeit goods into Russia through EEU countries. The analysis shows that there are the problems with the application of the mechanisms of trademarks customs protection in practice. The main problem is the lack of unified legislation for intellectual property protection in EEU members.
The paper analyzes the mechanism for implementing the policy of import substitution, as one of the instruments of the strategy of the new industrialization of the agro-industrial complex of Russia, through the prism of the conflict of national trade interests in the agrarian market of the Eurasian economic union (EAEU). The paper presents possible scenarios for the implementation of the policy of import substitution in the agro-industrial complex of Russia at the national and regional levels, attempts to explain the mechanism of the current scenario, which is a symbiosis of the national and regional levels of the implementation of the new industrialization in the agricultural sector. Attention is paid to the theoretical understanding of the customs effects arising in the process of implementation at the national level of the trade and customs policy of the embargo of food products in the absence of support for the embargo from countries, Russian partners in the EAEU. An assessment is made of the impact of these customs effects on the efficiency of import substitution and new industrialization in the Russian agro-industrial complex, taking into account the factor of re-export of sanctioned agricultural products to Russia from other EAEU countries.
