At the present stage of the development of information society, the latest educational strategy involves the realization of the person-centered paradigm based on the empowerment approach aimed at ensuring the sustainable development of the personality by inspiring, encouraging, increasing enthusiasm, confidence, realization of the job satisfaction, directed to the achievement of an efficient process of professional training of future managers. During the years of global information system development, the important task of modern education is to form the ability to use the computer oriented management system by the future managers in their professional activities, which favors the process of self-improvement, personal development, self-education, creative development, increase in competitiveness, formation of informational and professional culture. The paper reveals the aims, the content as well as the ways for the realization of the empowerment approach during the professional training of future managers with the use of computer oriented management systems in the process of solving tasks of the network planning. Theoretical and methodological principles of the empowerment approach are the development of adaptability, flexibility, dynamism, creative capacities, ability to take a risk, dedication to problem solving, anticipation of the results of your own activities, responsibility for decision making etc. The suggested technique for overcoming difficulties in teaching the information and dynamic simulation with the use of computer oriented management systems will allow the students to manage the projects in their future professional activities on the basis of the developed plans by creating the network models, determining the logical interconnections and work results necessary for the optimum planning. The experience gained during the training process may be applied in the future professional activities and will enable future managers to quickly overcome the difficulties and to become successful under the dynamic conditions of information society development.
Наявний процес підготовки інженерних кадрів агропромислового виробництва в Україні не забезпечує високого рівня сформованості їхнього творчого досвіду і, як наслідок, адекватного рівня готовності до професійної діяльності. Мета статті полягає в аналізі сучасних дидактичних підходів з проєктування моделі управління навчально-творчою діяльністю студентів у процесі формування професійно-творчої компетентності майбутніх інженерів агропромислового виробництва засобами педагогічних технологій. Експериментальне дослідження проводилося на базі ХНТУСГ імені Петра Василенка на прикладі навчальних дисциплін, які формують професійну компетентність майбутніх інженерів агропромислового виробництва на бакалаврському та магістерському освітніх рінях спеціальності 208 «Агроінженерія». Результатами дослідження підтверджено наявність високого рівня сформованості професійно-творчої компетентності студентів експериментальних груп. Упровадження педагогічної моделі управління навчально-творчою діяльністю студентів забезпечує активізацію дидактичних процесів й організаційно-технологічних алгоритмів у педагогічній системі і, як наслідок, підвищення якісних характеристик професійно-творчої компетентності майбутніх інженерів агропромислового виробництва. The future engineers of agro-industry must have the complex of professional knowledge, abilities and skills that answer intensification of production, front-rank achievements of this industry. However, the process of training of engineering personnel of agro-industry in Ukraine does not provide the high level of creative experience and, as a result, adequate level of readiness to professional professional activity. The purpose of the paper is to analyse modern didactics approaches to design the frame of students' study process which includes creative activity in order to develop professionall & creative competence of future engineers agro-industry by means of pedagogical technologies. The experimental research was conducted in Kharkiv Petro Vasylenko National Technical University of Agriculture on the basis of educational disciplines that form the professional competence of future engineers of agro-industry of the bachelor's and master's educational levels of specialty 208 «Agroengineering». Pedagogical experiment was carried out in 2017-2019 and consisted with initial, forming and control stages. Introduction. Didactics bases of introduction are analysed in the educational environment of administrative conceptions and information technologies in the conditions of distance education. The technological stages in the process of professional preparation of agrarians are based on the pedagogical technology of management of educational and creative activity of students. Research methodology was determined by various methodological approaches (system, аctivity, competence, personality-developing). The purpose of the article is to research the development of complex educational and creative activity of students in the conditions of training agrarian sphere students in educational SMART - environment. Results. It is outlined that a single informative environment of higher scientific establishment, in which automation of pedagogical processes is provided for a network contact in the interactive mode of competitors and teachers must be basic organization of the distance education. The pedagogical model of the distance education organization in the conditions of network technology management of educational and creative activity of students is offered. Didactics complexes, methods, forms and facilities of realization of pedagogical technology management of educational and creative activity of students in the conditions of educational SMART -environment are grounded. Realization of this pedagogical model in the system of distance education allows to activate creative activity of students considerably, to deepen the level of independence and indi-vidualization of studies, and, the result is determined by the high level of formed professional and creative competence of future specialists. Conclusions. Obviously, the basis for organizing distance education is telecommunication environment, which in-cludes information, educational, methodical and didactics contents.
