Questions of the corrosion inhibitors selection for protection of oil-field pipelines have been studied in the article. Results of research of technological and anticorrosive properties of the corrosion inhibitors in mediums simulating industrial environments are presented. The methodological approaches to selection of the corrosion inhibitors on a stage of laboratory experiments on an example of Kaverdinsky gas-condensate deposites have been described. It was found that all the surfactants tested in the simulated medium of the formation waters show a protective effect of more than 90% with a dosage of 1 g/dm 3 . It is recommended to use bischofite solution with a mass fraction of 24% MgCl2 and corrosion inhibiting 0.1% КI-1M admixture to protect industrial gas pipelines from carbon dioxide corrosion. This composition provides a degree of corrosion protection to 99.6%. The results of industrial tests confirmed the effectiveness of complex system -bischofite solution with a mass fraction of 24 % MgCl2 and addition of 0.1% KI-1M corrosion inhibitor. The cationic surfactants KI-1M, St, SRK and amphoteric surfactants EM and KAPB effectively protect in simulating medium and provide a degree of protection from carbon dioxide corrosion to 91.2-98.9%.
The article considers the possibility of using natural, environmentally friendly, cheap raw materials as the basis of a complex inhibitor of hydration and corrosion. It is proposed to use bischofite solutions with mass fraction of 24% MgCl2 as a carrier of a complex inhibitor. A set of laboratory studies was carried out in order to eliminate the main shortcomings of bischofite solution. Such disadvantages are that highly concentrated solutions of bischofite, untreated from sulfate ions and iron compounds, without a corrosion inhibitor cause corrosion of equipment and salt deposits. According to the results of laboratory studies, the composition of a complex inhibitor of hydroformation and corrosion based on bischofite was proposed. Based on the results of laboratory studies, suitable reagents were selected for preparing a bischofite solution for use in the processes of production and preparation of gas for transport, and the mechanisms of reagents action were proposed. The results of industrial tests show the effectiveness of a new complex inhibitor. The achieved properties of the complex inhibitor have led to the improvement of technical, economic and environmental performance of gas production enterprises of Ukraine.
Purpose is to study the effect of a stress-strain state (SSS) of rock mass on statistical dispersion of deformability characteristics of the compacted overburden; to develop modeling methods of dispersion of random values (RV) influence of subsoil material characteristics; and to analyze their SSS modeling using a finite-element method as well as simulation modeling. Methods. The following has been applied: the tested methods of experiment planning theory; methods of rock mechanics; methods of mathematical statistics and probability theory; simulation using Monte Carlo method; and finite-element method (FEM) using elastic-plastic model to simulate SSS of artificial rock masses. Findings. Statistic parameters of the distribution of RVs of both analytical and boundary resistances of the compacted overburden have been obtained as well as subsidence of plates (bases) on beddings, and their relative irregularities. Statistic parameters and regularities of plate subsidence have been identified using numerical SSS simulation of beddings, and simulation by means of Monte Carlo method. It has been determined that there is a probability of origination of a nonlinear stage of a basis deformation in addition to a linear one. The fact can be explained by variability of the compacted rock characteristics as well as random nature of loads on the bases. It has been defined that probability failure of the basis on a bedding from 1st boundary condition is allowable since safety characteristic is β > 3-4; in terms of relative irregularity criterion, their subsidence on a one layer bedding achieves 10% when its boundary value (ΔS/L) is u = 0.002 and 3% when its boundary value (ΔS/L) is u = 0.004; however, in the context of a multilayer bedding, the values are only 0.02%, and 0.0006% respectively. Originality. It has been identified that determination of deformation of the beddings, belonging to overburden Quarternary rocks, should take into consideration the determined regularities of distribution of physiomechanical characteristics of the compacted soil in the process of analytical numerical simulation, and in the context of finite element method using elastic-plastic model. Practical implications. Possibility to utilize overburden Quarternary rocks as well as their mixtures has been proved while using them as a material of soil beddings for buildings and structures; and methods have been developed to calculate artificial formations on the basis of the compacted overburden taking into consideration statistic parameters of distribution of their physiomechanical characteristics.
The research paper highlights the metaphorical representation of the concept of "mother" in the works of fiction by Ukrainian, Chinese and Russian writers. The authors of this paper analyzed the novel "Behind the curtain" by Borys Antonenko-Davydovych, the story "A Slave Mother" ("为奴隶的母亲") by Rou Shi and the story "Polaia Arapiia" by Vsevolod Ivanov. In Borys Antonenko-Davydovych’s novel "Behind the curtain" the metaphor of "Motherland" is represented by the concept of "mother". In the novel this metaphor is defined by the research paper’s authors from the subtext of the work of fiction. The concept of "mother" in the story of Chinese writer is realized through the metaphor of "female slave", that is presented in the title of the work. The metaphor of "hope" represents the concept of "mother" in the story of Russian writer, this metaphor is represented in the name of the main character. This paper proves that the concept of "mother" in the epic works of Ukrainian, Chinese and Russian writers is also represented through the metaphor of "berehynia", which indicates the similarity of these three works. The concept of "mother" in the novel "Behind the curtain" by Borys Antonenko-Davydovych, the story "A Slave Mother" ("为奴隶的母亲") by Rou Shi and the story "Polaia Arapiia" by Vsevolod Ivanov is represented through similar semantic markers: motherly love, humility, self-sacrifice, mental strength over a man, unselfishness, protection, humanity, kindness.
Досліджено хімічний склад природного бішофіту із свердловини № 1 Затуринського родовища та виявлено достатню насиченість МgСl 2 для його використання як екологічно орієнтованої основи композиційних складів для вогнезахисту деревини. Експериментальними дослідженнями підтверджена ефективність застосування органічних синтетичних барвників (метиловий оранжевий, бромтимоловий синій) як фарбувальних добавок для заявлених композиційних складів. Визначено технологічні особливості застосування пігментних концентратів ТМ «Amber» та ТМ «Sniezko», які утворюють з розчином природного бішофіту двофазні системи. Доведено, що запропоновані фарбувальні добавки забезпечують стійке забарвлення деревини та насичений колір її поверхні. У лабораторних умовах підтверджена ефективність застосування фарбувальних добавок (бромтимоловий синій та метиловий оранжевий; пігментних концентратів ТМ «Amber» та ТМ «Sniezko») для розроблених композиційних складів для вогнезахисної обробки деревини. Експериментальними дослідженнями встановлено, що час займистості деревини, обробленої композиційним складом без фарбувальних добавок, збільшується у 4 рази у порівнянні із необробленою деревиною. Вогнезахисний механізм дії розроблених композиційних складів обумовлений послідовними процесами перетворення солі бішофіту під впливом температури та додаванням ортофосфорної кислоти, що є сильним антипіреном. А введення до композиційного складу фарбувальної добавки (барвника) метилового оранжевого збільшує час займистості більш ніж у 4 рази, у порівнянні із необробленою деревиною. Таким чином, є підстави стверджувати, що розроблені композиційні склади, що містять фарбувальні добавки (барвники), є екологічно орієнтованими та економічно доцільними.
