In this paper, Subpopulation Firefly Algorithm is proposed for optimization of machining parameters in multi-pass turning and multi-pass face milling operations. Basic Firefly Algorithm is modified with the aim to avoid space of local minimum and to meet the operation constraints in each iteration step. For that purpose, the following modifications are made: one firefly population is divided into two, a crossover operator is introduced and the searching for new design variables is continued until constraint functions are fulfilled. For turning operation, optimization is carried out for one objective: minimization of production cost. For face milling operation, multi-objective optimization is used for minimizing production cost and machining time, and maximizing profit rate at the same time. In both cases of multi-pass machining operations, optimization process implies meeting all operation constraints. For multi-pass turning operation, the best results from literature are confirmed with good convergence and low value of standard deviation. For multi-pass milling operation, better results are achieved compared with existing results from literature. The proposed algorithm showed capability of achieving global optimum for complex optimization problems.
Market is today exposed to continuous changes and innovations in the field of product technology and timely the organization's reactions to those changes are necessary for securing the constant presence and survival on the market y. Only organizations that respond quickly to modern tendencies on the market and adapt them are competitive and competitive. The management system is a system for establishing the organization's policy and goals and achieving these goals. Many organizations that want to meet the quality requirements, environmental protection and the safety and security of people face the problem: how to do that and how to integrate different management systems. The integration of multiple systems into one is much more efficient and economical than the development and implementation of separate systems. This paper presents the short theoretical integration of three management systems: the quality of ISO 9000, the environmental protection of ISO 14000 and the protection of health and safety at work OHSAS 18000, and the practical integration of these three management systems at the level of the production process, observing the specific part from the production: Sito 40-504.412, which is an integral part of the product Hand pump 40-506.900.K1, PPT-Hydraulics.
Economic and social development of cities, as well as the development of transport, yield great benefits to the inhabitants, but also have rather negative impact on the environment. The paper analyzes the results of environmental monitoring of air quality in the municipality of Trstenik for 2017, based on the assessment report done by the Public Health Institute Kruševac (an accredited testing laboratory of the municipal administration of Trstenik). Sampling was performed at a measuring site in Trstenik over a 24-hour period. Afterwards, an analysis of the obtained measurement results was carried out, followed by a conclusion on air pollution values, and a proposal for improvement measures.
