Introduction. A characteristic feature of our time is the deterioration of the ecological situation, necessitating the formation of an ecologically safe environment as an important component of sustainable development. In this regard, the tourism sector and ecological tourism in particular, which is one of the leading types of economic activity that provide an ecological direction of economic development, is gaining momentum. Today there are both favorable and unfavorable factors for the development of the tourism sector.Purpose of the research. The study is devoted to the substantiation of the scientific and practical foundations, the application of which will ensure the activities of the tourism sector in the context of the implementation of the environmental requirements of sustainable development.Results. The essence and significance of an ecologically safe social environment, necessary to ensure sustainable development in the country, is revealed. It highlights the place in this process of the tourism sector in general and ecological tourism, in particular, as well as the types of natural resources on the basis of which this area operates. A vision of the main functional areas of activity in the field of ecological tourism and infrastructure components of the tourism industry is presented.The main attention in the aspect of the investigated problematics is paid to the search for ways of preserving and rational use of natural resource potential. At the same time, special emphasis is placed on environmental education – primarily children, adolescents, youth and the substantiation of the main tasks of environmental policy in the context of ensuring sustainable development. Problems associated with the impact of the environmental situation on the state of public health are also taken into account. The proposed theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation of a trend to further strengthen the relationship between ecology, economy and society in the context of the implementation of European environmental standards in national legislation.Perspectives. Further research is required on the issues of determining the directions of specific measures for the development of the tourism sector, carried out taking into account the existing socio-economic prerequisites and aimed at creating an ecologically safe social environment as an important component of sustainable development.
The article notes that humanity has realized the need for changes in the social paradigm, in particular in the context of the transition to sustainable development. In this regard, the theoretical and methodological aspects of social safety in the context of sustainable development are investigated; reveals the essence of the category "social safety" and its components. It is emphasized that social safety, which covers all spheres of human life – social, economic, environmental and guarantees the safety of society from various types of threats. The most important factors affecting the provision of social safety are also considered, the leading place among which is occupied by those that are of a socio-economic nature. These factors ensure the avoidance of social deformations and imbalances in human life, the infringement of his vital interests. An assessment is made of the situation in Ukraine regarding social safety, and in this regard, possible threats are identified. Among these threats, it is especially noted that Ukraine stands out for its low birth rates and a high mortality rate, that is, it has a significant excess of mortality over fertility. An important statement is that the formation of social safety is not only the overcoming of existing problems and threats, but, above all, the formation of tools to prevent and protect society from their onset. Considerable attention is paid to the substantiation of approaches to the formation in our country of conditions for ensuring social safety, taking into account the principles of sustainable development of human civilization and its scientifically sound balance. Among these principles are noted – the acquisition of new knowledge by employees; priority development of the social sphere; implementation of an active regulatory policy of the state to ensure social guarantees, which should take into account the concentration of state resources on the satisfaction of priority social interests; creating an effective mechanism for achieving social safety. All this should contribute to sustainable socio-economic development.
In recent years, state policy has been aimed at accelerating Ukraine's integration into the European community, which provides for the improvement of social security. This should be facilitated by the active introduction of innovations. Market transformation of the economy requires solving a set of problems associated with the development of territorial communities. World experience shows that at present the main factor of economic growth is social dominants and the intellectual potential of the population. The article examines the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the development of social dominants as the core of the formation of territorial communities. With the help of these dominants, objective reasons are created and the possibilities for the formation of intellectual potential are determined. The main trends in the development of social dominants are analyzed, the assessment of the current state of the processes of social development on an innovative basis in the context of ensuring social cohesion of society is carried out. Particular attention is paid to the issues of using the resources of territorial communities. It is noted that a synergistic approach plays an important role, in particular when using human resources, determining their life trajectory, formed on a socio-innovative basis. The study revealed that social innovations become real if they are secured by investments, have a purposeful character, and acquire such forms of implementation as social projects and social reforms. It is emphasized that the specificity of innovation lies in the fact that it is not any purposeful change, but only one whose subject content is a practical innovation created as a response to human needs, after which it acquires maximum distribution until this need is completely saturated. Social innovations, as noted in the study, contribute to: the revival and enhancement of social and cultural values; ensuring social transformations of society; growth of labor potential; improving the quality of educational, medical, cultural and other services; and in general bring domestic social standards closer to the corresponding standards of developed European countries. Considerable attention is paid to the issues of enhancing socio-innovative activity. The authors note that the latter is achieved when it is based on solid knowledge. Therefore, the work pays great attention to the education system, including the provision of socio-innovative development of united territorial communities, which contributes to the formation of prerequisites for the innovative development of the country's economy and contributes to the development of a competitive economy as a whole. At the same time, the educational sphere itself must move to an innovative path of development, and this, in turn, needs to update the curricula, adapted to the realities of the modern period of the world and domestic economy. The article provides substantiated ways to improve the education system aimed at training competitive specialists. Also, the main directions of improving the image of knowledge, organizational and economic development of territorial communities have been developed.
Introduction. The Russian invasion of Ukraine is a destructive factor for the socio- economic development of our country. Overcoming the effects of the mentioned factor is facilitated by the educational sphere, which in the current conditions requires its reformation on the basis of modern innovation, which would contribute to the appropriate social reconstruction of Ukrainian society.Purpose. The purpose of the research to which the article is devoted is the justification of optimal approaches to reforming education in the context of improving personnel training, the successful use of which would contribute to overcoming threats to the socio-economic development of Ukraine and the social reconstruction of society.Methods. General scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge were used to reveal the set goal, including methods of analysis and synthesis, system analysis, analogies, economic and statistical methods.Results. The article reveals the dangers and threats that exist today for the development of not only the economy, but also the education of Ukraine. Special attention is paid to personnel training, which reflects the human development index and the quality of human capital. It is also noted that according to the latest indicators, Ukraine significantly lags behind the USA and many European countries. Instead, the reform of the domestic educational sphere should overcome this lag. In this connection, the ways and mechanisms of improving the quality of educational services and improving personnel training are given. It is emphasized that as a result of this approach, the reformed educational sphere will ensure the successful reconstruction of Ukrainian society.Perspectives. In the future, it is promising to study the problems of further improvement of the personnel training system in the direction of the dynamic development of the reformed educational sector, which primarily involves ensuring the scientific and technological dominance and structure of the educational sector, bringing it into line with the requirements of the innovative development of the economy and society, as well as the formation of a modern system of continuous education , which includes all links, including personnel retraining, and can quickly adapt to changes in the labor market in accordance with the employer’s requirements.
