The integral characteristics of triangulation 3D models of industrial products are considered. Absolute integral characteristics are presented by the following groups: linear, angular, surface and volume. For comparative evaluation the relative characteristics are proposed. The proposed integral characteristics are a component part of a morphological analysis system of 3D models.
АBSTRACT Methods of obtaining and morphological analysis of a triangulated model of grinding wheels are described. The model is made from a set of photos of the investigated working surface of the wheels, which have a different spatial orientation of the depth field of image space while shooting.
Questions of technological preparation of triangulated models of industrial products for their building by selective laser sintering are considered. The need to implement compensating deformations on the stage of the technological preparation is justified. It is shown that the use of compensating deformation creates preconditions to improve the accuracy of products in their building by selective laser sintering.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
