This article focuses on the special significance of education informatization as the main aspect of the existence and development of a modern higher education. The process of computerization of education is considered as the main basis of informatization in the historical aspect. This paper emphasizes the importance of implementing information and communication technologies (ICT) in the learning process of free software and the interest of scientists in the field of education. The interest of modern scholars is analyzed in the consideration of such problems as the application of ICT in education; problems of informatization of education and goals of informatization of education; didactic and psychological aspects of application of ICT in the educational process; problems associated with the widespread introduction of ICT in higher education institutions and informatization of education in general. The article’s focus is on the importance of the acquired skills and abilities as a result of informatization of education and implementation of the educational process of ICT. The goals of informatization of education at a modern higher educational establishment are determined. The primary goals of informatization of education are singled out. The types of education that are directly related to ICT are considered. It is acknowledged that the practice of implementing ICT in the educational process of higher educational institutions are expanding every day and yields only positive results. The conclusions highlight the relevance of this study. It is noted that educational activity based on the use of ICT is a basis for changing the structure of the educational process for both teachers and students.
The article looks into the effective use of open electronic educational resources. The concept of open electronic educational resources is exposed, their structure and key elements are presented, issues of implementation in educational practice are considered. Requirements for open electronic educational resources are defined, tools for designing and platforms for their support and dissemination are identified. The analysis of the existing open electronic educational resources and the experience of their use is conducted. The principles of open electronic resources design based on crowdsourcing are revealed. The stages of creating e-learning resources that meet open Creative Commons licenses on the examples of pre-service teachers’ training are explored. The essence of Creative Commons licenses is reflected. The theoretical and methodological principles of the use of open electronic educational resources in the educational activity of pre-service teachers are considered. There is a direct link between open educational resources and university education.
У цій статті присвячено особливе значення інформатизації освіти як основного аспекту існування та розвитку сучасної вищої освіти. Процес комп’ютеризації освіти розглядається як загальна основа інформатизації в історичному аспекті. У цьому документі підкреслюється важливість впровадження інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій (ІКТ) у навчальному процесі вільного програмного забезпечення та зацікавленість науковців у галузі освіти. Інтерес сучасних науковців аналізується при розгляді таких проблем, як застосування ІКТ в освіті; проблеми та цілі інформатизації освіти; дидактичні та психологічні аспекти застосування ІКТ у навчальному процесі; проблеми, пов'язані з широким впровадженням ІКТ у закладах вищої освіти та інформатизації освіти загалом. Основна увага в статті приділяється важливості набутих умінь та навичок у результаті інформатизації освіти та впровадження навчального процесу ІКТ. Визначено цілі інформатизації освіти у сучасному вищому навчальному закладі. Виокремлено основні цілі інформатизації освіти. Розглянуті типи освіти, які безпосередньо пов'язані з ІКТ. Слід визнати, що практика впровадження ІКТ у навчальний процес закладах вищої освіти з кожним днем розширюється і дає лише позитивні результати. Висновки підкреслюють актуальність цього дослідження. Зазначається, що навчальна діяльність на основі використання ІКТ є основою для зміни структури навчального процесу як для викладачів, так і для студентів.
The article is devoted to the research of a problem of the application of computer algebra systems in the course of skill training of future mathematics teachers. The possibility of study organization for students of pedagogical institutions of higher education receiving "014 secondary education (mathematics)" speciality with the use of computer algebra systems is considered. The term "computer algebra system" is understood as the software which is intended for the solving of various mathematical tasks by means of a computer with a possibility of visualization of all stages of calculations. Proceeding from the fact that the computer algebra systems are actively used in educational process all over the world and informational educational environments in the course of teaching mathematical disciplines are created on their basis, it is possible to make a conclusion that the computer algebra systems are very important components of the process of training future experts. The current state of the problem of introduction and application of the computer algebra systems in the training of future mathematics teachers is investigated. The role of the computer algebra systems in teaching mathematics subjects and general natural sciences in pedagogical establishments of higher education is defined. Such computer algebra systems as MathCAD, MatLab, Maple, Mathematica, Maxima, SAGE, and Axiom are marked out among the most modern and successfully used systems aimed at solving mathematical tasks. Arguments in favour of the use of the free computer algebra system Maxima in educational and scientific activity of students are adduced in the article. Its main advantages and disadvantages are presented. The main functional of this system is considered which allows to optimize the time of the solution of various mathematical tasks, to adjust a conclusion of the received result, to perform staged verification of correctness of calculations.
The use of cloud computing in the form of virtual laboratory workshops is a way to solve the existing problems of training future physics teachers, especially in the widespread use of e-learning. The world educational community has developed and is using a variety of electronic educational resources combined in collections and libraries, and the use of them in the educational activities of future physics teachers helps not only to diversify educational material but also to increase digital competence of all participants in the educational process. The study analyzed the available virtual laboratory workshops, proposed a scheme for the use of physical simulations, gave examples of their use in the study of physics.
