ABSTRACT:The measuring of coastal in the certain short period of time is almost impossible, but applying the remote sensing with the satellite imagery bring mankind to track down and analyze the approximately length of the coastal changes at the Nano technology speed. An attempt has been made to study the length of shoreline changes along three provinces in the upper gulf of Thailand. The significant purpose is to investigate coastline length changes and to evaluate those different coastal changes at different times. Two specialties of chosen areas are the outstanding location at mouth of river in curve pattern and ecological important mangrove forest, as nominated and designated area listed in Ramsar convention, international wetlands treaty. In employing the remote sensing will help to investigate the shoreline erosion, stable or construction shoreline. Rapid and drastic shoreline changes have been compared and measured base on satellite image Landsat 5 TM on 1994, 2002 and 2007 at path129 row 051. There were geometrically co-registered and, in the process were resampled to 25m. By composing RGB band, fusion, supervised classification. By apply different theories will give different results but the similarly pattern. Training sites were selected by signature editor, area of interest, evaluate by seperabilitly and contingency. Principle component analysis (PCA) was employed as a method of change detection. This is to conclude that these shoreline areas were in erosion from natural processes and manmade activities, for example, aquaculture and agriculture expansion, such as shrimp farm. These coastal line lost were not just losing the land; it's losing the soul of the cycle of marine life, economically, and environmentally. Moreover, this project, in the future, could benefit to set the recovery buffer zone for mangrove restoration also.
This paper aims to study the customer service desk at National Education Network (NEdNet) using incident management. It is conducted in order to identify the difficulty of using the NEdNet system properly, to reduce the time of incident analysis and operation time of restoring services to the normal condition as well as to support a large number of members in the future. This research proposes the IT Infrastructure Library v.3 (ITIL v.3) which is a best practice for IT management framework based on the incident management (Service Operation). The results indicated that if managers used incident management with the ITIL approach at the customer service desk of NEdNet, decisions could be made more efficiently regarding resource management.
In planning and reviewing changes in the ground overview data, land distribution guidelines and identification of changes are critical. The availability of free global and historical satellite images offers a valuable resource for the built-up region to be continuously and accurately mapped and tracked year by year. For thirty years of data, this study uses Landsat images to obtain substantial and land spread data that is extremely useful for urban arrangement. This paper mainly focuses on the basic extraction of the built-up area for the urban planning area every five years from the satellite images of LANDSAT 5,7,8 and Sentinel 2A from USGS. The goal is to evaluate the year-by-year shift in the urban built-up area and to obtain the accuracy of the mapping of built-up and bare land areas in the study of the urban built-up trend from 1990 to 2020. In this research, GIS tools such as raster calculator and built-up region modeling are used to measure the indices that include the Enhanced Built-up and Bareness Index (EBBI), the Normalized Difference Built-up Index (NDBI) and the Urban Index (UI) or the Built-up Index (BUI). This study will therefore point out a variable approach to mapping traditional enhanced built-up and bare land changes (EBBI) automatically with simple indices and according to index outputs. The uncoordinated areas of land and population urbanization spread from areas and gradually the link between the expansion of urban land development and population growth has moved from weak positive to strong decoupling. The advantage of the method the enhanced built-up and bareness index (EBBI) can therefore be realized with the correlation of linear regression slightly expanded in 2020 over the last thirty years. The percentage of the outputs between the indexes and population rate was to use the entire spectral range of Landsat imageries which cause less spectral confusion between built-up area changes and higher accuracies compared to other indices. The modelling method was effective, quickly simple to implement, and can be used to find out the built-up area extraction.
