Penelitian yang di lakukan pada mahasiwa AMSS Padang adalah untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan platform media sosial terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa AMSS Padang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa AMSS aktif pada tahun ajaran 2019/ 2020 yang mengambil mata kuliah Ilmu Pelayaran Datar sebanyak 60 orang .Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah sensus. Tehnik analisa data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Sehingga hasil penelitian diperoleh sig 0,01 maka < 0,05 sehingga Ho ditolak sehingga ada pengaruh antara pemanfaatan platform media sosial terhadap presatsi belajar. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh antara pemanfaatan platform media sosial dengan prestasi belajar Kata Kunci : Media Sosial, Internet,Prestasi Belajar ABSTRAC The purpose of this study was to determine the use of social media platforms on AMSS Padang student achievement. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. Respondents in this study were active AMSS students in the academic year 2019/2020 who took 60 subjects. The research technique used was a census. Data analysis techniques use simple regression analysis. The result of the research is obtained sig 0.01 then <0.05 so that Ho is rejected so there is an influence between the use of social media platforms on learning presatsi. This shows that there is an influence between the use of social media platforms and learning achievement

The purpose of the company in running its business is to earn profit / profit. The size of the profits obtained often become a measure of success or failure of corporate management. In the profit planning relationship between cost, sales volume, and profit play a very important role. profit planning requires tools in the form of volume- profit cost analysis. One of the cost-volume-profit analysis techniques is break event point analysis. In general, this analysis also provides information about margin of safety that has usability as an indication and description to the management of how the sales decrease can be estimated so that the business run not suffer loss. So in a company should try as much as possible to avoid losses or even break-even. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of BEP achieved in optimizing earnings at coal mining companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis. The results show that coal mining companies listed on the BEI have been able to optimize their performance so that it has obtained sales above the break event. A coal mining company should classify costs based on the cost behavior required to perform better profit planning for greater profits.

This study examined the mediating effect of innovation on the relationship between skills, experience and performance of SMEs. The population in this study were all SMEs in the culinary sector which were fostered by the Pariaman City Government which accounted for 27 businesses. The sampling technique uses a non-probability approach, namely purposive sampling In order to test hypotheses, this study performs multiple and hierarchical regression analyses. SPSS version 25 is used to process the data. The results of analysis displayed that skills, experience and innovation positively affected the performance of SMEs. In addtion, the variables of skills and experience were found to have positive effect on innovation. Morever, innovation was proven to mediate the relationship between skills, experience and performance of SMEs.

Tabungan merupakan produk Sumber dana yang penting bagi BPR karena merupakan sumber dana yang relatif murah dan menyebar pada jumlah nasabah yang banyak. Layanan langsung merupakan bentuk pelayanan prima yang diberikan BPR dengan menjemput dana tersebut ke tempat nasabah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh layanan langsung terhadap minat menabung pada PT BPRS Barakah Nawaitul Ikhlas yang berada di Kota Solok. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 50 orang nasabah utama yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Analisa regresi yang dilakukan menemukan bahwa layanan langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menabung nasabah pada PT. BPRS Barakah Nawaitul Ikhlas Solok. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa untuk meningkatkan minta menabung nasabahnya, pimpinan perusahaan harus meningkatkan lagi intensitas dan kualitas pelayanan langsung sehingga kebutuhan akan sumber dana dari sektor tabungan dapat terpenuhi dengan baik.Kata kunci : Pelayanan langsung dan minat menabung.
