Today's business competition is no longer competition between companies but competition between supply chain networks. To determine the achievement of current supply chain performance and the extent to which the success of supply chain management has been carried out, it is necessary to measure supply chain performance. This study aims to measure the supply chain performance with the SCOR model based on the attributes in the craft industry. Supply chain performance measurement is carried out using the Reliability attribute Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) method namely Perfect Order Fulfilment (POF) and Analytic Hirarchy Process (AHP) used to calculate the weight or level of importance of each SCOR metric. Based on the results of the study it is known that the value of the Perfect Order Fulfilment indicator is 83.40% with a large percentage gap of 17.60% of the target value of 100%. The most influential indicators are the presence of orders sent not according to the number of orders, the existence of orders that are received by customers, the presence of damaged products received by customers and the return of products due to damaged and defective products.
