Perusahaan keluarga merupakan salah satu penyumbang produk domestik bruto (PDB) terbesar di Indonesia. Universitas Ciputra memfasilitasi mahasiswa calon penerus perusahaan keluarga dengan membuat guild family business. Rencana suksesi dan komunikasi merupakan hal yang penting bagi perusahaan keluarga. Perusahaan keluarga harus mendidik suksesor yang potensial agar rencana suksesi dapat berlajan dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh tingkat kesiapan suksesor terhadap kinerja perusahaan keluarga; menguji pengaruh hubungan antar anggota keluarga dan bisnis terhadap kinerja perusahaan keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Family Business Community Universitas Ciputra dengan jumlah sampel yang berjumlah 93 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive random sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Tingkat Kesiapan Suksesor berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Keluarga; dan variabel Hubungan Antar Anggota Keluarga dan Bisnis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Keluarga.
The tourism business in the city of Surabaya, especially the hotel industry, has been hit badly by the Covid-19 pandemic where hotel occupancy rates fell to their lowest level. However, efforts must be made to keep the wheels of the organization running in the face of this difficult situation. Therefore, hotel business actors must make something innovative so that hotels can continue to operate and have a competitive edge. This study attempts to analyze the factors that can generate the ability to opportunity capture through the implementation of innovative behavior which in turn is also driven by various types of intellectual capital at each organizational level such as human capital, organizational capital and social capital. This research is a quantitative study and uses the Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA) method to process research data that has been collected from 74 hotels in the city of Surabaya. Of the four hypotheses developed in this study, only three hypotheses can be accepted, namely human capital has a positive effect on innovative behavior, social capital has a positive effect on innovative behavior, and innovative behavior has a positive effect on opportunity capture. While the hypothesis which states that organizational capital has a positive effect on innovative behavior is not proven.
Industry has a positive impact on the economy aspect in Indonesia. However, the positive impact is not balanced with the problem solving that can be caused by the industry. Business performance is one of the criterion carried out to measure the achievement of a business obtained through production activities derived from business organizations (Agus et al., 2017). Green procurement focuses on social complexity, which means that green procurement can evolve that is tailored to the capabilities of partner companies enabling companies to access resources from their partners (Wong et al., 2017). Green manufacturing is one of the most important factors for business performance applied by the company, green manufacturing is an activity implemented with the aim of eliminating environmental waste to reduce environmental impacts and improve ecological efficiency (Leme et al., 2018). In addition, there is a growing emphasis for manufacturing companies to adopt Green Operation strategies to reduce negative environmental impacts (Liu et al., 2017). This research aims to test the influence of green procurement, green manufacturing, green operation on business performance.
Pada industri perhotelan, kualitas layanan kepada pelanggan adalah hal terpenting sehingga membutuhkan peran serta karyawan untuk bersedia melakukan tindakan terbaik bagi perusahaan dan berujung pada peningkatan kinerja individu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap perilaku Organizational Ctizenship Behavior (OCB) dan kinerja karyawan. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 144 karyawan hotel bintang 3, 4 dan 5 di Surabaya. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan software SmartPLS. Tiga temuan yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini adalah komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara langsung maupun melalui OCB sebagai mediasinya. OCB sendiri secara langsung juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi praktis yang bisa disarankan kepada pihak manajemen hotel adalah lebih sering melakukan pendekatan yang bersifat holistik kepada karyawan sehingga karyawan bisa memiliki keterikatan secara emosional dengan perusahaan dimana karyawan merasa ikut memiliki dan bertanggung jawab terhadap keberhasilan perusahaan. MSME has an important role towards Indonesian economy has proportion of 99,98% of entrepreneurs in Indonesia, the growth of MSME each year increase every year so competition become tight and new competitors tend to have new innovation towards their business. MSMEs needs appropriate action to overcome the keeps on changing environment so that business continuity is maintained and be able to compete superior with other competitors. The purpose of this research is to analyze dynamic capability factor towards business continuity in the fashion industry. This research uses quantitative research method with questionnaire as data collection. The sample that in this research is 120 entrepreneurs in the field of fashion. For data analysis methods, this research uses confirmatory analysis. The results of this research indicate that from indicators of dynamic capability variable, there are only a few that becomes the core indicators of survival in which of sensing, seizing and reconfiguration or transformation. these variables will form survival firm. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor kapabilitas dinamis terhadap keberlangsungan usaha dalam bidang industri fesyen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai pengumpulan data. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 pelaku bisnis dibidang fesyen. Untuk metode analisis data, penelitian ini menggunakan konfirmatori analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa indikator-indikator dari variabel kapabilitas dinamis hanya beberapa yang menjadi indikator inti dari firm survive dari variabel sensing, seizing dan reconfiguration atau transformation.
