This study aims to determine how the application of softball learning using equipment glove and ball modification can be carried out in physical education learning can perform basic motion throwing and catching skills for student. The method used is classroom action research with the research design used is the kurtlewin model with participant's high school students. Assessment instruments using observation sheets. The results of this study experienced an increase in catching and throwing skills can be seen from the presentation of the value of students who have reached the minimum completeness criteria the results of catching skills from the initial test to the first cycle increased by 43.24% in the second cycle increased by 32.44% and the results of throwing skills were each the actions experienced an increase from the initial test to the first cycle increased by 51.35% in the second cycle increased by 13.51%. The results of the analysis showed that the application of softball learning using modified of glove and ball gave an improvement to the basic motion skills of throwing and catching high school students.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang manajemen pembelajaran dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 di SMP Negeri 3 Papalang Kabupaten Mamuju yang berfokus pada perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru mata pelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran berbasis kurikulum 2013 di SMP Negeri 3 Papalang dilakukan dengan mengakaji silabus, kemudian menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) yaitu dengan merumuskan kompetensi inti yang kemudian diuraikan kedalam kompetensi dasar dan diuraikan lagi ke Indikator Pencapaian Kompetensi (IPK), menentukan tujuan pembelajaran, mengembangkan kegiatan pembelajaran, menentukan metode pembelajaran, menentukan alokasi waktu, dan menentukan sumber belajar. Dalam mengembangkan RPP guru tidak lagi hanya berpatokan pada silabus tetapi guru dapat menggunakan buku pegangan yang didapatkan dari pemerintah.(2) dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran guru berusaha mengikuti prosedur dan pedoman menjalankan kurikulum 2013 menggunakan pendekatan saintifik dan menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang beragam dalam setiap pembelajaran agar tercapai ketiga aspek yaitu pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap dengan mengacu pada RPP yang telah dibuat. (3) Evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis kurikulum 2013 di SMP Negeri 3 Papalang dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap pengolahan hasil, tahap tindak lanjut. Sedangkan penilain hasil belajar didasarkan pada ketiga aspek yaitu pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap yang dilakukan pada saat proses belajar mengajar. Dalam penilaian sikap lebih ditekankan pada guru mata pelajaran PKN dan PAI. Dikurikulum 2013 ini aspek sikap menjadi penilaian utama bagi guru untuk menilai siswa apakah lulus atau tidak. Kemudian, bagi siswa yang tidak mencapai standar nilai yang ditentukan maka akan dilakukan remedial yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan siswa tersebut.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Pembelajaran, Kurikulum 2013Abstract: The aim of this study is find out about learning management in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in SMP Negeri 3 Papalang Mamuju Regency which focuses on learning planning, learning implementation and learning evaluation. This research uses a qualitative approach. The data source in this study are the principal and teachers. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis tecniques through data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Checking the validity of the data is done by technique triangulation and source triangulation. The results showed that: (1) 2013 curriculum-based learning planning in SMP Negeri 3 Papalang was carried out by reviewing the syllabus, then arrange a Lesson Plan (RPP) by formulating main competencies which are described down into basic competencies and elaborated again into indicators of Competency Achievement (GPA), determine the purpose of learning, develop learning activities, determine learning methods, determine time allocation, and determine learning resources. In developing lesson plans teachers no longer only focus on the sillabus but teachers can use handbooks from the govenrnent. (2) in the implementation of learning the teacher tries to follow the procedures and guidelines for running the 2013 curriculum using a scientific approach and uses a variety of learning methods in each learning in order to achieve three naspects, namely knowledge, skills, and attitudes with reference to the lesson plans that have been made. (3) evaluation of 2013 curriculum-based learning in SMP Negeri 3 Papalang is carried out with several steps, namely the planning step, the implementation step, the results processing step, the follow-up step. While the assessment of learning outcomes is based on three aspects, namely knowledge, skills, and attitudes carried out during the teaching and learning process. In the assessment of attitudes more emphasis on teachers of PKN and PAI. In 2013 curriculum is the attitude aspect to be the main assessment for teachers to assess whether student graduate or not. Then, for students who do not reach the specified value standard, remedial wiil be carried out in accordance with the ability of these students. Keywords: Learning Management, Curriculum 2013.
Catching fish, both small and large scale must be supported by the feasibility of the ship and good fishing equipment so that the results obtained are also maximized. RT 32, Rawa Makmur Village, Palaran District, Samarinda City has several fishermen groups, one of which is the Rezki Mahakam Baru fishermen group consisting of 15 people. One of the obstacles faced by the community in operating their ships is damage to the ship's engine due to lack of maintenance. Therefore, this community service is carried out with the aim of increasing the ability of fishermen to maintain ship engines. The activity was carried out by providing training on single cylinder ship engine maintenance. The results of this activity indicate an increase in the knowledge and understanding of fishermen in overcoming ship engine damage.
