Diseases of the teeth and mouth are one of the many health problems that often interfere with the activities of sufferers. Diseases attack indiscriminately Reed both children and adults. Dental and oral health is an important thing that needs to be considered. Problems that occur in the teeth and mouth must be handled properly so as not to cause other problems that occur due to improper handling. Doctors are required to provide decisions quickly, and accurately in diagnosing diseases suffered by their patients. But to make such a diagnosis is not easy, considering that each disease has more than one symptom, and several different diseases have almost the same symptoms. Decision - making in diagnosing the disease carefully and appropriately must be done quickly for the treatment process of the disease. Especially for young doctors and all doctors if they find cases that are difficult to diagnose, they will generally be guided by books. This will certainly take time and effort. Treatment for this problem is to build an expert system application that functions to diagnose diseases of the teeth and mouth. This expert system application is expected to help doctors in deciding to diagnose diseases quickly or become a matter of consideration or reference.
Dikarenakan pada saat ini berada dalam kondisi pandemi COVID 19, mengharuskan untuk melakukan social distancing. Penggunaan digital komunikasi sangat dibutuhkan, maka dari itu komunikasi digital dapat kita gunakan dalam kegiatan remaja mesjid, khususnya Organisasi Remaja Masjid Jamiek. Dengan adanya teknologi komunikasi digital ini kita dapat berkomunikasi secara tidak langsung atau bertatap muka dengan seseorang atau banyak orang yang akan kita ajak berkomunikasi. Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi dan implementasi dalam pemanfaatan komunikasi digital. Berdasarkan tujuan ini, memanfaatkan sosial media seperti Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, Google Meet, dan lain-lain untuk mendukung kegiatan remaja mesjid. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa komunikasi digital dapat memaksimalkan kegiaan remaja mesjid, mempermudah komunikasi jarak jauh, mendapatkan informasi jarak jauh, mengurangi biaya, dan mempersingkat waktu
WFZ Book Store is a Book Store that provides various types of books. The sales process is done offline where the costumer has to visit the store to make a purchase. The process of recording data using the ledger makes it difficult for WFZ Book Store to make sales reports because it has to collect transaction data in the ledger, it causes difficulties to know the available Book stock because it has to check every sales transaction in the ledger. WFZ Book Store requires an information system that can manage book sales data onlineagarcostumers can easily view book data, stockand book online reservations. With the wfz Book Store information system can facilitate the customer in managing book data and store customer data that has made transactions also WFZ Book Store does not find it difficult to provide book purchase transaction data for the customer, so that the data can be used for book recommendations by finding the set of data that most often appear in a data set. Datamining techniques have been widely used to overcome existing problems, one of which is the application of a-priori algorithms to find association rules formed from book purchase transaction datasets. So it will be known the association between the title of the book purchased. The association rules between book titles formed from the mining process can later be used by the WFZ Book Store to increase the number of books purchased, besides that it can be used for the procurement of books from the association rules of frequently purchased books, it can also be developed into a knowledge base for the book purchase recommendation system. The Output is in the form of a priori algorithm analysis software.
This study aims to use data from 57 patients at Rantauprapat Hospital to train a Neural Network using a quantization learning vector method for the categorization of ear, nose, and throat disorders. The input factors were fever, tiredness, nausea, breathing pain, sore throat, hearing loss, allergies, chills and sweating, and thick and transparent mucus. The factors studied were ear canal infections, pharyngitis of the neck, throat, nose, and sinusitis. The findings revealed that ten neurons with an objective value of 0.01 in the learning rate range of 0.01 - 0.05 resulted in categorizing snoring, nose, and ear disorders, including the input layer. The MATLAB program is utilized in this approach, with an average accuracy of 67 per cent and a mean square error of 0.2.
