Abstract This study aims to determine the difference in the effect of zig-zag run and shuttle run training on the dribbling ability of soccer extracurricular participants at SMA Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau. This study used an experimental method using two groups that received different treatments. Experimental group A with zigzag run treatment and experimental group B with shuttle run treatment. The population is all participants of the football extracurricular at SMA Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau totaling 20 people. The sampling technique was divided into two groups by simple random sampling. The research data collection used a soccer zig-zag dribbling test. The data analysis technique used the steps of normality test, homogeneity test, and t test. The results of the pretest data analysis tcount < ttable that is 1.894 <2.82 and all data are homogeneous. It can be concluded that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. The results of the post-test data analysis tcount > ttable that is 3.649> 2.82. The conclusion is that there is a significant difference in dribbling ability in soccer games between students who take part in the zig-zag run and shuttle run training in soccer extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau. This study aims to develop an E-book of basic athletic movement techniques for 5th-grade students of SD Negeri 39 Lubuklinggau City and to determine the quality of the E-book from the aspects of validity and practicality as having a potential effect. This research is development research that refers to developing a 4-D model. The instruments used to measure the quality of the developed E-book include validation sheets and practicality questionnaires with an average score of . The product of this research is an E-book of basic motion techniques for grade 5 elementary school athletics. The results showed that: (1) linguists were categorized as quite valid with a total of 0.64 media experts in the category "High enough, 0.67 in the category of "High enough" linguists, and material experts with a total of 0.74 categorized as "High Enough." (2) The practicality of the developed e-book was obtained from the teacher and student response questionnaire results (one-to-one and small-group tests). The individual test (one-to-one) results are categorized as practical with an average score of 3.2, and the results of the small group test are classified as quite practical with an average score of 3.1. This study aims to determine the basic techniques of basketball in extracurricular participants at SMA Negeri 4 Lubuklinggau. This research uses a quantitative descriptive research design, using survey methods with test and measurement techniques. The population of this study was all students participating in the extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 4 Lubuklinggau City in 2022, with a total sample of 14 people who were selected using a total sampling technique. The results of the research and data analysis showed that the basic basketball skills of extracurricular participants at SMA Negeri 4 Lubuklinggau City in 2022 were in the very poor category of 7.14% (1 athlete), the less category was 21.43% (3 athletes), the moderate category was 50.00% (7 athletes), good category of 7.14% (1 athlete), and very good category of 14.29% (2 athletes). In conclusion, the basic basketball skills of athletes participating in extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 4 Lubuklinggau City in 2022, with an average score of 150.00, are included in the excellent category. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the completeness of the learning outcomes of eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 9 Lubuklinggau after the application of Web Blog- based E Learning learning media significantly. The research method used is quasi- experimental. Data collection techniques in research using tests. The design in this study used a design pattern of Pre-test and Post-test one group design because this design did not use a control class. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that after the application of Web-based E-Learning blogs on the football learning outcomes of VIII Junior high school of SMP Negeri 9 Lubuklinggau, it was significantly completed. The average student learning outcomes of the experimental class were 80.38, after being analyzed using the formula (z test) it showed that the value was > (6.35 > 1.64) so it could be concluded that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. So it can be concluded that the average learning outcomes of Class XI students of SMK Negeri 2 Tugumulyo after implementing Web-based E-Learning blogs are more than or equal to 75. ( : ????0 ≥ 75). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar lompat jauh siswa kelas V SDNegeri 1 Air Lesing setelah menerapkan metode bermain meraih bola. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan One Group Pre-test-Post-test design. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik tes lompat jauh. Populasi dan Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 20 siswa kelas V yang terdiri dari 12 orang laki – laki dan 8 orang perempuan. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan tabel output “Paired samples test” diatas, diketahui nilai mean “paired differences” adalah sebesar -16,875. Nilai ini menunjukan selisih antara rata-rata hasil lompat jauh post-test yaitu 72,50-55,63 = 16,87 dan selisih perbedaan tersebut antara -22,167 sampai -11,583 nilai thitung untuk hasil belajar lompat jauh adalah 6,674 dengan probabilitas (sig.) 0,000 dan z tabel nya sebesar 0,474. Nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, maka H0 ditolak Ha diterima artinya terdapat penerapan metode bermain meraih bola terhadap hasil belajar lompat jauh SD N 1 Air Lesing. Simpulan, bahwa lompat jauh dengan metode bermain meraih bola besar siswa SD Negeri 1 Air Lesing Kabupaten Musi Rawas terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar.
