Biofouling is a major problem for shipping, ecosystems and aquaculture industry. From the analysis of the factors affecting the biofouling process, the interference with the settlement and attachment mechanisms is the most promising environmentally benign option.This can be accomplished in two main ways: imitation of the natural antifouling processes and modification of the characteristics of the substrate. In the present study, biomimetic topography inspired by the fish skin of Yellowfin leatherjacket (Triacanthus blochii) was replicated in polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) elastomer by nanocasting. The surface structures of the fish skin have been replicated with high fidelity. It should be noted that the surface roughness of our replica is invariable when using the same template and the process of replication is easy to control.
Aiming at the current situation of long cycle and high cost for planetary reduction gears designing and manufacturing in the field of engineering machinery, analysis on the environment has been established by using reducer virtual prototype in this paper, simultaneously the article brings forward a strong realization system from virtual simulation to finite element analysis. The results show that the virtual prototype model possesses high reliability and rapid correction method, it can shorten the design cycle greatly, and the method has certain practical application value.
in the thesis we introduce fuzzy mathematic method into fault diagnosis of hydraulic pressure system, bring forward the fuzzy membership grade method which is based on the history data and expert preferential ordinal number, set up a mathematical model of fault diagnosis, and carry out the fuzzy diagnosis on hydraulic pressure system fault in computer. The example shows that this method is advantageous to accuracy and credibility of decision and is valid and viable in the application.
