To ensure the continuous and stable exhaust process of coalbed methane wells, prevent coal fines from lowering the guidance ability of seepage channel, and solve the problem of stuck pump and submerged pump caused by gathering of coal fines, taking Hancheng block as the experimental area, this paper analyses on the source of the coal fines, and divides it into two categories of original coal fines and secondary coal fines. Based on the characteristics of coal petrography, coal structure, coal seam and engineering factors, we make analysis of their factor on the output of coal fines, and we conclude that the characteristics of coal petrography are the foundation, and the engineering is the precipitating factor, but the development of deformed coal is the primary factor. The study on the division of types of coal fines and output factors can provide a guidance for reasonable coal-fines-control measures.
With the accelerated urbanization and the need for sustainable development in China, the construction projects’ social responsibility (CPSR) has received increasing attention from scholars, but reliable empirical evidence on whether the project executive’s (PE’s) ethical leadership can promote the implementation of the CPSR is insufficient. This study constructs a moderated mediation model in which we examine the role of employees’ organizational identification and organizational justice in the relationship between the PE’s ethical leadership and the organizational CPSR through data of 367 samples collected validly. Through the research, we found that the PE’s ethical leadership has a positive impact on the CPSR, the employee’s organizational identification mediates the relationship between the PE’s ethical leadership and the organizational CPSR, and organizational justice moderates between the PE’s ethical leadership and employee’s organizational identification. The outcomes indicate that the PE’s ethical leadership can promote the implementation of the organizational CPSR. This study reveals the intrinsic action mechanism of the PE’s ethical leadership and the implementation of the organizational CPSR, which has certain implications for improving the performance of CPSR and achieving the sustainable development of the projects.
Enshi, a region where Tujia nationality have lived for generations, has bred rich ethnic cultural resources. As the main form of Tujia people's expressing their emotion and recording the changes of the times, folk songs perform a remarkable social and entertainment function in Tujia people's daily life. This article explores the translation and interpretation of Enshi Tujia folk songs "Plucking Stalks" and "Door to Door in the Same Street". Translations of the two folk songs are guided by Susan Basnett's cultural translation theory with some translation strategies flexibly employed. Then, respective interpretation from a cultural perspective is presented. Love relationships between young men and women in the two songs are gradually revealed. Both songs extol that young men and women should fall in love at their most beautiful age. Furthermore, the interpretation of the first song offers us a window into the division of labour between men and women in traditional Chinese society, and the functions of lining words appearing in the second song are also carefully analyzed. At last, challenges and countermeasures in the translation process are discussed. This study of Tujia folk songs gives expression to the living status and language habits of Tujia people, and is expected to facilitate the understanding of the spiritual and cultural pursuits of Tujia nationality.
