High transmission efficiency, low resource occupancy and intelligible meaning make text message as the most commonly used type of media in our daily communication. Text steganography, an information hiding technology based on text message, has been a new exploring research in recent years. Due to the restriction of redundant information as well as its alterability in manual operation, text message is difficult to hide secret information effectively and reliably.
Micro-blog has a major influence on network information transmission of social emergency events for its incomparable qualities. The dissemination of micro-blog information has all the typical characteristics of compound transmission by internet and mobile communication network, which has gradually become the mainstream. In addition, the transmission process is more closely related to the psychology and behavior of each micro blogger. In this paper, we regard each micro-blog user as a different agent who disseminates information in compound pattern. We first study and mine the psychology and behavior patterns of the agent by the analysis of their historical attributes and preferences combined with HowNet polarity of sentiment words, and then propose spreading mechanism of micro-blog and finally present an application case. The result of which will provide the important guidance in the analysis of micro-blog information dissemination on internet of social emergency events and the implementation of relevant intervention countermeasures.

The attention of current targeting is transformed from content targeting, frequency targeting, time targeting and geographical targeting to the extended targeting based on user’s characteristics, with data mining technique and behavior modeling technique on the analysis of users. The protection of privacy has been an argued issue along with the application of above technique.</span></span><span style="font-family: ";Arial";,";sans-serif";; font-size: 9pt;"> <span class="text">This paper presents a smart targeting system with high efficiency, effectiveness and protection of privacy. It uses Web content mining and Web usage mining techniques to track and mine the user behaviors hiding in the historical and current user sessions, and designs interfaces for maintaining the advertising rules, which can control the targeting system to automatically deliver the personalized advertisements. All the related knowledge and rules are integrated by one unified vector space model. The process of targeting doesn’t require any sensitive data input by users, so their privacy is protected.</span></span></p>
Real-Time Mobile 3D Topography System is a GIS (Geographic Information System) based on Client Server. In our daily life, this system could be useful in the traveling, mining, and etc,. In this paper, we developed a Real-Time Mobile 3D Topography System for embedded system. This system is consisted by a Server and a client. The client based on Intel Sitsang, can orientate the position through the GPS module and use a lot of wireless network through the Libra. The system can be applied to the domain of mountaineering, exploration, ciceroni, navigation and so on.
