Handwashing With Soap is as an implementation of sanitation that achieves optimal hygiene by washing hands and fingers using soap in running water, one of the purposes of Washing Hands With Soap is to avoid infections contaminated with viruses through the nose, mouth, and eye contact. Tresna Werdha Khusnul Khotimah Social Service Technical Service Unit is a Tresna Werdha Social Service Technical Service Unit under the auspices of the Riau Provincial Social Service Office. Tresna Werdha Khusnul Khotimah Social Service Technical Service Unit has 64 elderly people, there are 7 cases of covid-19 in it. The purpose of this study is generally to look at factors related to the application of handwashing with soap to the elderly in the prevention of covid-19. This type of research is quantitative by using cross sectional design. The study sample was 64 elderly using Total Sampling. The location of this study was at the Tresna Werdha Khusnul Khotimah Social Service Technical Service Unit in April-May 2022. The results showed that knowledge (P value = 0.006, OR = 4,948), attitude (P value = 0.011, OR = 4,385), action (P value = 0.005, OR = 5,273), handwashing facilities with soap (P value = 0.035, OR = 3,438) means that there is a significant relationship with the application of handwashing with soap in the elderly in the prevention of Covid-19. It is recommended for the Social Service Technical Service Unit of Tresna Werdha Khusnul Khotimah to increase the application of washing tangsan with soap for the elderly by accompanying every activity to implement hand washing and providing campaign / educational media such as banners / posters regarding the application of handwashing with soap in the prevention of Covid-19.
Perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat di tempat kerja, menumbuhkan lingkungan kerja yang sehat dan nyaman, menurunkan angka absensi sakit, meningkatkan produktivitas kerja merupakan tujuan dari promosi K3. Dengan adanya potensi bahaya yang besar maka perlu adanya penerapan program K3 di puskesmas sebagai langkah untuk mengupayakan terjaminnya keselamatan kerja tenaga kesehatan.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Implementasi Perilaku Petugas Kesehatan Dalam Penerapan PHBS Di Tempat Kerja Sebagai Upaya Promosi K3 Di Puskesmas Kota Baru Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 5 orang terdiri dari Pj program PHBS, kepala puskesmas, bidan, perawat, tenaga penyuluhan kesehatan. Pengumpulan data kualitatif dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa SDM (sumber daya manusia) atau tenaga kesehatan pada bidang PHBS sudah tersedia, untuk program PHBS dana yang di peroleh dari dana BOK. Pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan seperti bidan, perawat, PJ program PHBS, tenaga penyuluhan terhadap PHBS di Tempat Kerja di Puskesmas Kota Baru Kurang baik, sikap petugas kesehatandalam penerapan PHBS di tempat kerja sudah cukup baik. Kebijakan Puskesmas terkait pelaksanaan PHBS di tempat belum dalam bentuk kebijakan tertulis. Diharapkan agar pihak puskesmas Kota Baru membuat kebijakan secara tertulis agar bisa di baca dan di terapkan bagi tenaga kesehatan. Data validity uses triangulation techniques. The resultsof the study can be concluded that human resources (human resources)health workers in the field of PHBS are already available. for the PHBSprogram, funds obtained from BOK funds. Regional information system is a term that is used to describe a system consisting of a combination of input such as human resources (brainware), software, information needs format (informware), information technology and communication technology, the process of sending an analysis report recording (entry). the feedback and output data information mechanism that can be accessed together and has adequate quality, regional information system in the Langsat Health Center Medical Record Unit only started in 2017, SIKDA in the medical records unit lacks Human Resources because it does not there is a Medical Record and IT graduate. Obstacles that occur, such as disruption of soft ware and hard ware networks when opened, experience delays, causing delays in the given services. For the Fund itself, there is no special budget provided for the implementation of theregional information system application because it has been allocated by the Health Office. Budget allocation of funds is held only if needed. This type of qualitative research uses interview and observational sheets. The research was conducted in February-September, at Langsat Public Health Center, Pekanbaru City. The research subjects were the Head of Langsat Community Health Center, the Head of the Medical Records Unit, the person in charge of SIKDA, and Operators. Data analysis was used by systematically managing the interview guidelines, then processing the data, data from observations were identified to describe each variable, a summary will be presented in a narrative form. The results of this study indicate that the Generic regional information system in the Medical Records Unit has been running at its maximum, even though there is a lack of calm in Human Resources there are no medical records and IT graduates. Infrastructure is lacking in terms of ginset, Fund Allocation is not a special budget. Must improve Human Resources, Facilities and Infrastructure.
Kedisiplinan pada hakikatnya mencerminkan besarnya tanggung jawab seseorang terhadap tugas-tugas yang diberikan kepadanya dan merupakan kesadaran seseorang dalam menaati semua peraturan perusahaan ataupun rumah sakit dan norma-norma yang berlaku. Masih adanya keterlambatan pegawai kebidanan rawat inap rumah sakit dapat di lihat dari absensi 3 bulan terakhir dan kurang diterapkannya peraturan rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian untuk diperolehnya informasi yang mendalam tentang analisis kedisiplinan pegawai rawat inap kebidanan di RSUD Petala Bumi Provinsi Riau Tahun 2020. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan metode kualitatif untuk menganalisis kedisiplinan pegawai kebidanan di rumah sakit dalam rangka meningkatkan kedisiplinan yang lebih baik lagi. Data dikumpulkan dari hasil wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat lima variabel yang mempengaruhi kedisiplinan, yaitu keteladanan pimpinan, balas/jasa, pengawasan melekat, sanksi hukum dan ketegasan. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan keteladanan pimpinan secara kualitas dan kuantitas sudah baik, pengawasan melekat selalu diterapkan, sanksi hukum perlu ditingkatkan lagi bagi yang melanggar kedisiplinan, balas jasa/imbalan yang masih kurang dan ketegasan pimpinan sudah cukup bagus untuk pegawai yang melanggar aturan rumah sakit. Sarannya diharapkan bagi pihak rumah sakit menerapkan aturan untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan yang lebih baik lagi juga mempercepat mengeluarkan hasil pola penyempurnaan jasa baru agar pegawai bisa melihat ada atau tidaknya pemotongan jasa dan pemberian reward kepada pegawai kebidanan yang disiplin tiap bulannya.
Program pengendalian penyakit infeksi saluran pernafasan akut (P2 ISPA) adalah suatu Program pengendalian penyakit menular yang tujuannya menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian Balita akibat penyakit ISPA Pneumonia. Pelaksanaan Program P2 ISPA di Puskesmas Sungai Pakning Kabupaten Bengkalis belum berjalan efektif dapat dilihat dari rendahnya cakupan penemuan Pneumonia yaitu 2.64%, jauh dari target kebijakan penemuan penderita Pneumonia Nasional sebesar 100 %. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan Program P2 ISPA di Puskesmas Sungai Pakning Kabupaten Bengkalis dilihat dari indikator pencapaian Proses(intensifikasi Program, peningkatan dan pengembangan SDM, membangun kemitraan). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Informan berjumlah 8 orang yaitu Penanggung jawab Program P2 ISPA, kepala Puskesmas, dokter, perawat dan bidan, serta kader kesehatan, tokoh masyarakat dan tokoh agama, Tringulasi yang digunakan adalah tringulasi sumber, metode dan data. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan ketidaksediaan dana Program P2 ISPA, kekurangan SDM yang serta sarana dan prasarana yang kurang memadai menyebabkan kegiataan dari intensifikasi Program tidak berjalan efektif. Tidak adanya peningkatan dan pengembangan SDM menyebabkan kurangnya tenaga yang terlatih baik itu untuk tatalaksana Pneumonia melalui pendekatan MTBS maupun dalam pelaksanaan Autopsi Verbal. Bentuk kemitraan baik itu lintas Program dan sektoral yang tidak berjalan dengan baik, baik itu di internal Puskemas maupun dalam melibatkan peran serta masyarakat. Saran bagi Puskesmas membuat kebijakan memanfaatkan dana dari jasa BPJS, ketersedian sarana dan prasarana poli MTBS yang harus terpenuhi. Meningkatkan kapasitas SDM yang belum dilatih dengan dilaksanakan refreshing on the jobtraining MTBS dan Autopsi Verbal. Membangun kemitraan dengan lebih melibatkan peran serta msayarakat dalam keberlanjutan Program P2 ISPA.
