Simulation of simplified the part structures of vibration screen by ANSYS software, and then establishes the finite element model of the linear vibration screen. Modal analysis and harmonic analysis of finite element model, and then according to the analysis results corresponding local structural modifications and adjust the center of mass of the modified vibration screen. Last verified the rationality of structure optimization.
In order to study the influence of tunnel fire on the airflow stability in diagonal network of single diagonal network ventilation, according to the principle of similitude air supply system of 4101 working face of Huhewusu was taken for research object. In a proportion of 1:20, simulation device for angle connection roadway was established. By means of this simulation device and the method of experimental simulation, change law of the air volume and wind direction of diagonal branch in single diagonal network was studied. The results showed that in a particular period of mine fire, air volume decreased in fire roadway and windage increased; air volume in diagonal branch decreased and with the process of fire the wind direction would change. After the change of wind direction, with the changing of fire scale the reverse air volume would show the same changing process.
The study on anchorage characteristics of flexible pressurized anchor should be along with theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and test study. Through comparing three calculation results, it is concluded that the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation can authenticate the correctness of calculation process each other; After considering the situation that friction coefficient changed with different contact pressure stress, the deviation of calculation of theory derivation and numerical simulation with experimental results significantly reduced; Anchor was simplified for anisotropic composite material body, which should be able to better reduce deviation among test, theoretical derivation and numerical simulation calculation.
Aiming at the face roadway 22109 of Cuncaota coal mine, using FLAC3Dnumerical simulation software, 19 of 5 groups about bolt and anchor combined support schemes were analysed and compared, and the reasonable scheme of φ18×2000mm thread steel bolt and φ17.8×6500mm anchor cable combined support was obtained. Support result of this scheme was analysed with FLAC3Dsoftware, the result show that this scheme can support the roadway effectively. Practical application show that this scheme can achieve the security, economical and effective support result, and can be used in this type of roadway.
By analysis the form of gas percolation in coalfield fire, the follow conclusion is obtained : under the influence of natural wind pressure and fire pressure, natural ventilation system of coalfield outcrop is formed automatically during coal spontaneous combustion, which exists in two forms, one is the fresh airflow percolation in caving zone and its pore, the other is coal combustion gases migration movements in cracks after sliding. The fluent numerical simulations show that natural ventilation system in coalfield outcrop fire district is a vacuum ventilation system; From inlet to combustion area air intake line, air pressure and gas percolation on linear relationship, and gas percolation meets Darcy law in the porous medium percolation theory.
