According to the requirements of steel billet quality evaluation system application, this paper proposed a system design based on Android mobile terminal, and discussed the Android in the billet quality judging systems mobile terminals development and application combining to Android System features. The paper introduced the whole Android frame and the judging system framework, followed by the mobile terminal system requirements analysis, system design, function module analysis and application interface design. Finally the design used Java language to develop the system in Eclipse, achieved Android data acquisition applications and mobile information management applications.
The electronically controlled injection device with perfect performance is a key technology to heavy-duty gas fuel engine. In this paper, an injection device using moving-coil electromagnetic linear actuator and mushrooms type valve was proposed and developed according to the special requirements of a heavy-duty gas fuel engine applied to power plant. The influence mechanism to the injection device’s flow rate characteristics caused by structural and controlling parameters was determined. And related bench tests of the heavy-duty gas fuel engine equipped with the injection system were completed. The results showed that the technical solution could meet the engine’s requirements of high flow rate and response.
A simulation process and resulting for circulating fluidized bed combustion system was presented. The controlled plant was a 3I3O sub-system, and a direct generalized predictive control was used as controlling algorithm. Satisfying dynamic and steady-state performances are got.
To study the flow characteristics of the electrically controlled injection device (abbreviate ECID), 3D static and transient numerical simulation were studied during the injection process of electrically controlled injection device using computational fluid dynamic software FLUENT. Simulation results revealed that the flow of ECID was influenced by the injection valve diameter, valve lift and the pressure difference; gaseous fuel was still left after inlet valve closed; mixing quality of gaseous fuel and air gradually improved along the intake manifold.
Based on ADAMS, The dynamics simulation software of individual soldier automatic weapon was developed. Parameter modification, remodeling, dynamics simulation, simulation replay, obtain and save of results of Individual Soldier Automatic weapon model by finely Chinese interface were completed. The software brings convenient for user,and improves design efficiency. The results show that the software is reliable.
