Lysozyme molecularly imprinted polymer membranes(MIMs) were prepared using polyacrylamine as matrix. Direct detection of fluorescence intensity of absorbed lysozyme(Lyz) on the MIMs was achieved for the fast detection of lysozyme. The surface morphology of polymer was characterized by SEM. Adsorption time and rebinding solution pH were optimized to improve recognition ability of MIMs for lysozyme. The results showed that the MIMs had a high selection and recognition ability for the lysozyme protein.

When HDFS runs for a period of time, the default HDFS replica placement strategy does not consider heterogeneous nodes and randomly selectes datanodes, so available storage space of each datanode are differenced from several G to tens of G range, HDFS may have some available storage space smaller datanode. If HDFS continues to write replica in these available storage space smaller datanodes,it may cause the failure of replica placement; These nodes run MapReduce tasks, MapReduce task may fail due to smaller storage space available. Therefore, this paper proposes an Available storage space sensitive replica placement strategy of HDFS,this strategy uses available storage space and current number of connections of per datanode to compute evaluation value, then chooses the biggest evaluation value datanode as the best datanode to place replica. The experimental results show that the strategy achieves placing replica in accordance with available storage space of datanode, effectively avoiding the available storage space smaller datanode, reducing the probability of writing replica failed because the available storage space is too small, shorten the file upload time.
As one of the most significant methods to study hypersonic flight vehicle, the numerical simulation of supersonic combustion ramjet has drawn an ever increasing attention at present. Nevertheless, the traditional serial simulation cannot satisfy the practical needs because of high calculation precision, avaricious memory overhead and overlong computation time. In this paper, we study on a general algorithm for scramjet simulation, and bring about parallelization by using a hypergraph partitioning algorithm and a two level hybrid parallel model. The whole computing domain is decomposed into several sub-domains based on hypergraph partitioning, and each sub-domain is assigned to a MPI process. A single step of computation operates in the inter loop level, where a compiler directive is used to split MPI process into several OpenMP threads. Finally, speedup and parallel efficiency of our hybrid program testing on a China-made supercomputer with 4 to 256 cores is compared with pure MPI program. And, the hybrid program exhibits better parallel performance than the pure MPI program in the main, roughly as expected. The result indicates that our hybrid parallel strategy is effective and practical in scramjet simulation.
The implementation of WIFI technology in underground mobile intelligent information terminal system(UMIITS) was studied in this paper. Because of using Mine Information Service Center as the core and handheld intelligent terminal as the platform, this system can realize the query and feedback of the mine production and safety information. Miner's position and navigation, the level of production informatization would be improved with it.
