Kondisi perusahaan ADMF yang berfundamental prima, akan sangat menarik bagi para calon investor untuk membeli saham ADMF yang berfluktuatif dan cenderung dalam kondisi up trend. Namun terdapat masalah ekonomi makro yang terjadi selama beberapa tahun terakhir dalam 10 tahun. Penelitian ini akan mengevaluasi laporan keuangan yang meliputi laporan posisi keuangan, laba-rugi dan arus kas perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan manfaat kepada para calon investor sebagai bahan pertimbangan sebelum membeli saham ADMF. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, yang mengukur laporan keuangan dengan menggunakan analisis rasio, CAGR, dan Du Pont sejak tahun 2010-2019. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kinerja perusahaan dalam kondisi yang sangat baik, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai analisis rasio, CAGR dan ROI yang selalu positif setiap tahunnya

This research analyzes the influence of innovativeness, risk taking and proactiveness towards social enterprise economic performance in Surabaya. The researcher uses simple random sampling method to collect the data. The data was collected by handing out questionnaires with a five-point Likert scale and there are 32 social enterprises in Surabaya who participated in this study. The data analysis process was done by using the statistical program SPSS 22. Through this research, it was found that innovativeness has a significant influence towards economic performance (sig value=0.014), whereas, risk taking (sig value=0.086) and proactiveness (sig value=0.900) do not influence economic performance significantly. Innovativeness, risk taking and proactiveness have a significant and simultaneous effect towards social enterprise economic performance in Surabaya with a significance value of 0.000. The researcher concludes that 42.8% of the change happen in economic performance can be explained by innovativeness, risk taking, and proactiveness, while 57.2% are variables that are still left to be explored. Publicly-listed oil drilling company named by PT. Batrito Pacific Tbk. (BRPT), is one of the fluctuated price of stock and it has undergone a significant growth in the past three years.This is shown by the company performance and increasing financial report annually. Although there is improvement from company performance and financial report, theprospective investors still need to take into account various thing before buy or invested their money towards shares brpt for a longer period of time or not.This research aimed to evaluate the performance and financial report brpt company in the past three years since 2014 up to2016 where the evaluation was to tremendous advantages for both directly as well as an indirect positive impact on an investment decision for the prospective investors to buy shares brpt or not. Meskipun kinerja dan laporan keuangan yang mengalami peningkatan, para calon investor masih perlu mempertimbangkan berbagai hal sebelum membeli atau menginvestasikan uangnya terhadap saham BRPT untuk jangka panjang atau tidak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dan laporan keuangan perusahaan BRPT selama tiga tahun terakhir sejak 2014 sampai dengan 2016 dimana evaluasi ini akan memberikan manfaat baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap keputusan investasi bagi para calon investor untuk membeli saham BRPTatau tidak. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis fundamental, teknikal, five forces Porter dan faktafakta tentang kebijkan-kebijakan perusahaan atau pemerintah yang terjadi selama tiga tahun terakhir untuk didiskusikan dan di telaah lebih lanjut. With the needs of creating entrepreneurs in Indonesia, the government encourages the people in Indonesia in becoming entrepreneurs. As a way to learn entrepreneurship, formal studies through university becomes one of the way in doing that. This study is created to investigate how the role of entrepreneurial passion and creativity work in affecting the students’ entrepreneurial intention. Another factor used in this research is the self-efficacy that works as the mediator from the entrepreneurial passion and creativity to the entrepreneurial intention. This research specifically focuses on Ciputra University students, seen as a potential incubator for entrepreneurs. Paper-based questionnaire is distributed to the entire sample and is using 5-point Likert-scale measurements. Data are analysed using the Partial Least Square. The result demonstrates that entrepreneurial passion and creativity have strong positive relationships towards the entrepreneurial intention. On the other hand, similar results do not appear when it goes from the both entrepreneurial passion and creativity mediated by self-efficacy towards the entrepreneurial intention. The findings advance the understanding of nascent entrepreneurship phenomenon within new undergraduate students of entrepreneurial-based university.

Two telecommunications companies in Indonesia have their names listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) namely, PT. Indosat, Tbk. (ISAT) and PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TLKM) have enlivened the telecommunication industry. This study aims to evaluate the performance of two telecommunications companies in Indonesia by assessing, comparing and analyzing fundamentally, technically and news or company policies occurred in the field during 2017 - May 2018. In Fundamental Analysis, the two companies are categorized as companies that have a good financial condition. However, in the second semester of 2017, telecommunication companies experienced a significant decline in market value, which was contrary to the fundamental analysis. If viewed from a technical perspective, this telecommunication service company has good prospects for the future. Company policy or news is also one of the determining factors for the increase or decrease in stock prices. The overall results of the study concluded that TLKM shares have a fundamental, and technical, that is better than ISAT, while news and company policies can be investors' supporting data in determining stock purchases.
